I’ve been taking Flameout and FA3 twice a day for the past ~90 days. I am extremely happy with the results. Metabolism seems to have improved as well as a reduction in inflammation in my joints. I honestly think I’ve gotten a little leaner as well and this is the only thing I’ve changed in my routine over that time frame. Just my 2 cents…
OK… Why not just drink liquid fish oil?
Because liquid fish oil tastes like dog shit and makes your breath smell like a back-alley Pakistani whore’s crotch.

The pills are just liquid in a capsule. They aren’t that expensive and it is easier to be precise about how much you are taking.

Actually, Carlson’s makes a good lemon flavored fish oil.

Awesome. Lemon scented whore crotch.

You’re asking this after 800 posts and 5+ years on this site???

That’s what I thought. 1 tablespoon = 2400mg EPA, 1500mg DHA.

x2, and it’s among the most economical as far as cost per EPA/DHA

NOXPLODE!!!

just because he first signed up for this site since 2006 doesnt mean anything.

I have been thinking of adding some supplements to my daily intake also, I dont have a poor diet but in the last few weeks its become increasingly difficult to choke down enough chicken, brown rice and veggies to keep up with 3000 plus calories per day. Dont get me wrong, I have a good variety of foods in my diet. But without resorting to highly processed foods or solid sucrose carbs I am having hell keeping up the calories.

Exactly.

This is the definition of failing at the internet.

Youre another lazy, underachieving clown. Are you recruiting for your club or something?

Beef has more calories than chicken.

White/yellow rice is easier to get down than brown.

Veggies, well I think theyre real easy to eat but you can always buy a juicer to change things up and recoup the lost fiber somewhere else.

Thanks for the suggestions, I definitely need to try something new! I almost lost my preworkout meal on the last bite. I have been looking into juicers and have decided on a champion 2000, It has an attachment for wheat grass also.
