This is 120 mg per week split in 2 doses. Blood drawn at trough.
Canāt get much better than that for therapy purposes.
It was perfect thatās why Iām running 120 mg for my docs bloodwork which is coming up in a couple weeks. Once I get that blood drawn Iāll go back to 300 mg per week most likely.

You have wild genetics. How the hell do you keep that high a Total Testosterone with same 120mg as I, with low SHBG? LOL
My TT is mid-range but, of course, my Free T is in upper end of normal due to low SHBG. At trough, in morning just before pin:
Testosterone Total 18.3 nmol/L (6.1-27.1)
Testosterone Free 565 pmol/L (110-660)
Iām looking forward to what my numbers look like in a couple months on this new protocol.

Dr Calkins bumped me up to 150mg per week injecting 50mg MWF. Itās only the second week of that and itās been pretty smooth so far, with the exception of some sporadic anxiety at night time (worrying about if my heart is gonna give out because I can feel my pulse in my head and neck etc.) but I can generally calm myself down. I kind of expected some of that with a protocol change. Hoping it just keeps getting better as the weeks roll on!

Where are you going to post the results of 150mg?
I had to beg and plead to get to 120mg from 100mg because I wasnāt 100% yet and I knew it was because my FT was just mid-level. Also, I went to daily pins once he gave me 120mg so as to maximize it. I always felt great when FT was HIGHER end. I want to get to 150mg after a few more visits of softening up my uroā¦
Iāll post them in my log. Bmbrady77ās Lab Results. Iām putting up mine and my wifeās numbers there. She just started with Defy as well. Iāll definitely keep it updated as soon as I get the next bloods drawn.

I would go to 3 shots a week if my SHGB was 12 or less. My SHGB runs 22-29 and I inject M/T.
I have tried 3 times a week and EOD and had no positive effect and just got sick of sticking myself all the time. After a few years you just donāt want to have to think about all this shit everyday.

If I still want a tattoo 7 years from now Iām getting something like ādark tranquilityā or āwhile she sleepsā tattooed across my upper back (band namez). Iād get mayhem tattooed because I like their music but due to the anti semitism many bands in the BM scene portray (and varg vikernes was in mayhem, heās a psychopath and vicious anti Semite) I wonāt pay for anything related to their music (aside from a shirt I bought a or two month back)
Why 7 years? Any significance? I didnāt get my first one til I was 40
