What if Your True Love Died 400 Yrs Ago

If I remember correctly, you can’t create new people/faces in your dreams. So, you’ve probably seen her before on the street without knowing it and you had a dream, became obsessed with the thought, and kept dreaming about her.

Time to get a life, hence the forum title.

Alright so i checked out Barnes and noble and my school library, no luck. Where the fuck can i find this book?

Did you try books.google.com? Search for “imaginary necrophilia”

This sounds like an awesome book.

I think you knew her at one time, a past soul. Sometimes lines blur between our current lives and the ones we once had. She could also be a memory, I mean, can you really remember someone from 400 years ago? I can’t.

Hpw old are you really? Is there any way to tell? That’s the problem with being IMMORTAL…our memories, they last forever but there are so many things that the just mesh.

You are experiencing one of these meshings of memories. What you need to do is finish this book. Put her on pages, so she will live forever with you.

And, No, I am not behind this. I’m actually taking a break from the site for a while. RV sent me a PM and I thought I’d give him my opinion on this whole thing.

If Edgar Allen Poe had written a book with a similar storyline, you’d all have said it was brilliant.

I’d like to see if the OP can pull it off with conviction, cohesiveness, and flair.

OP, maybe you should stop fluffing your sails here and just shut up and get to work. Right now you’re all talk.

I could sit here and type about the best illustration I have yet to accomplish, but no one will be impressed unless I display the finished product.
i agree 100%. its definately different, thats for sure. just the fact if you go back in time, would try and change history. if you cared that much for someone, would even care if you changed history, as long as that person lived.
By the way Rogue, I’d like to see you and our other resident undead get into a T-Nation battle of souls. Do you know of Ct. Rockula?

lol

Nah man, we’re cool. No fighting

its must be nice to live in your nice little house. where nothing ever outside that house can exist. i feel sorry for you my friend. there are many things that exist and that happen that we can’t explain. so you just say “your nuts”. lol. I’m far from nuts.
Some people are too close-minded to understand the fact that ANYTHING is possible, and anything that you can possibly image exists somewhere. Some people are too scared to think like this. Hence, the negative responses from people. But I don’t blame them, it’s near impossible for the human mind to grasp the concept of infinity. Doesn’t mean we can’t try though.
I would describe myself as being scientifically minded, but some crazy things have happened in my life for me to be closed minded.

It does make me laugh when people doubt 100% of the time, because I used to be like that
If you think back through out history. every single thing we have imagined. like flying. going to the moon. cars. etc. has all come to pass. everything our minds have imagined has come true. i also beleive that time travel, which is a big part of my book, will someday be possible if not right now. just about every credible scientist beleives that its possible to time travel, though at this moment its beyond our technology.
Personally, I don’t believe it’s possible to TRAVEL through time, but more reasonable to SEE “time”. Almost the same sort of concept of the further away you travel from a scene, the more things you can see. Example:

Scene 1: You see nothing but a bus
Scene 2: You move further away and can see the road
Scene 3: You move even further away and can see a car coming on the same path about to collide with the bus

So in essence, it’s like the angle/distance makes it possible to “see” into the future.

I also view time as like a by product. So time isn’t like a line that you can measure, it just happens. So you can’t travel into the future because it hasn’t happened yet. I believe it’s possible to get a sense of the future, like the angle/distance analogy.

As for the past, I believe that that would be more feasible and easier to “see into”

Just a thought lol

I don’t get it. I’ve been trying to find a torrent to download this book and can’t find it anywhere. WHERE IS IT???

ok, for the last time. you can’t find this book. cause im not done writing it. there are other books about her, mainly just stories of her life. mostly about the myths. they never really get into it though

Just finished reading this book. Not bad. Fans of Twilight should appreciate it.

OP where did you find this book? Did it come to you by special circumstances? Or were you walking through Chapters and suddenly book? Was it a gift?

I am interested in where you bought this book OP. Can I find it at Walmart or even my local book store. How about my college library?

Just read through the whole thread. This is epic.
Rogue, I talked to her and she said that she’s lesbian. Sorry.

You’re also the reincarnation of a woman who died 400 years ago.

because you missed it the first 4 or 5 times it’s been said … he’s WRITING this book! lol
The premise of the book starts off one way, but escalates into the changing of history and not caring. its like if you knew someone was going to suffer a certain fate and you loved them, would you risk changing history in order to save them. the politcally correct thing to say is no. but, we are dealing with real emotions. and fate be dammed, lol
What if there is someone who lives in the 25th Century who is dreaming about you but in her dreams you are completely obsessed with this Past Woman you are writing the book about? Future Woman is madly in love with you and incredibly jealous of your affections for Past Woman.

So…she travels back to the 16th Century to inflict all sorts of pain and torture on past Woman as a way to get back at you for all of the agony and heart ache you have caused her by rebuking her love.

Maybe Future Woman has gone back in time 20+ times; each time causing more pain to your true love. Maybe the first few visits she just did little things like rearrange the woman’s furniture or something. Future Woman returns back to her time, dreams of you and learns that this only makes you fall more madly in love with Past Woman.

So she goes back and does something even worse. And every time Future Woman does something else it only serves to fuel your love for Past Woman. So the more your love for Past Woman grows, the more severe the torture Future Woman inflicts on her.

Or perhaps I’ve said too much.

Its an interesting idea to ponder on a rainy Tuesday.
Maybe it’s just the fever talking but this makes sense too me.

Great ideas for the book
