i’ll give ya the rest…but i’d have to debate your lactic acid/metabolic acidosis idea…
Yea, tomorrow you’ll learn how lactic acid causes DOMS, that fatigue causes muscular growth, that if your 6 feet tall and weigh more than 187 your obese, and that everyone is 5% bodyfat if they use the right regression equation.
