Aragorn is still around, I think. He still gets a post in every now and again, but I think he is just busy with real life being a jacked brainiac scientist type stuff.
Last time I talked with OMO she was super in love and maintaining a gigantic stash of Keebler and Little Debbie treats in her pantry instead of protein powder or anything close to resembling a supplement. When I asked her what her carb intake consisted of she said “canoli and lasagna mostly” and when I asked about her training she said it was mostly bodyweight movements, but she was stoked because her poundage numbers kept going up.
