So why is Bill and Body for Life so evil? Is it because the Body For Life weight training guide only has one lower body day a week? Is it because of the bullshit “hold the motivation in your heart - anything is possible” stuff he uses to push his program? Is it because we all think Bill Phillips is a fruit cup? Why is body for life THAT bad?

I don’t think anyone thinks he’s evil. He packaged pretty basic info many weighlifters already knew in regard to eating right and lifting to lose fat and get in shape and made millions from it. Then his ego blew up like an atom bomb. He is indeed corny as all hell as evidenced in the OP’s video link.
