Man I remember having a conversation with a friend a couple years ago about who was hotter Alba or Biel. At the time I said Alba and said that you could roughly divide who would say who was hotter among racial lines. Latin and Black men would say Alba and White Men would say Biel.

All I can say is thank you for showing me the error of my ways Damici. Biel has a body that defies all cultural, ethnic, racial, socioeconomic, gender and possibly family, genus or species lines.

A woman in hollywood willing to have an athletic body and not join Hilton, Lohan, Richie or Spears on coke and vodka diet train. There is a reason that Ms. Biel keeps on improving with age and these other girls look used up by their early to mid 20’s.

Since Crossfit uses squats a lot, I don’t think there’s a disconnect…

I’ve said it before and she is proof: Crossfit is an amazing tool for building beautiful women.
