When my source said they were out of the Tren E I ordered and asked if they could substitute with another brand of Tren E I said “sure”. I didn’t know that the different Tren would be in 1ml ampules and I was used to 10ml vials.
I didn’t know what to do at first and it was time for me to take my first dose and didn’t have time to order a sterile vial. So I ran to the local medical supply shop; they didn’t have sterile vials 
, but they did have the filter needles I needed. Note: the local pharmacies didn’t even know what a filter needle was. Anyways I had the idea to just prefill some insulin syringes: so I cracked open 5 amps, drew the oil into a single syringe through the filter needle, changed to a standard fill needle and then back filled nine 1ml insulin syringes (I front load). Worked like a charm and the needles on the pinning syringes were super sharp not having has to pierce a vial top. I kept the prefilled syringes in a zip lock bag with the needle end up.
