Not trolling. I only found them in liquid 30ml form when I searched, priced at $22. That was for the “research chemical” version, which again is something I rather avoid. Too many stories of guys getting the wrong drug and worried about over dosing due to lack of instructions and such, not to mention high expense at least for SERMS. What if it’s dosed slightly off, what if it’s stronger than labeled, ect. I just feel safer trying OTC products first, since I can’t get a prescription for any of this.
No one should be taking any “research chemical” nolva. Do not do this.
BTW, liquids are usually quoted in mg per ml. I doubt anyone is selling 20mg nolva in 30ml.
You do realize that even for FDA approved generics, the dosage is only required to be 80% of the listed dose on the low side and not more than 125% on the high side, right? Nothing in this world is exact. No walls are straight either. None. Exact doses and straight walls only exist in your mind.
Safety is another issue. Safety IMHO comes with research studies. Hemlock is “all natural” but I bet Socrates didn’t much like his hemlock tea.
I wasn’t planning on taking research anything, but it was suggested earlier to take research amatrozole. As of right now I’m at the point I just want to try some OTC products since scheduling all these doctors has been frustrating to say the least and it seems like Maryland is a bad spot to be in terms of TRT friendly doctors; especially Northern Maryland.
Going this route with either OTC, or prescription; to what degree would a SERM and AI raise red blood cell count, Hemoglobin and Hematocrit? Also, I have been having trouble breathing due to allergies, even though I felt okay besides being exhausted the day of the test. That day I only had 3 hours of sleep. I wonder if that’s why my Red Blood Cell Count was high.
I found a spot to get Nolva 10mg&20mg, aromasin 25mg, and anatrozole 1mg in legit pill form. The thing is, aromasin is in my price range, anatrozole isn’t. How do they compare?
Are you sure you are taking dosage into account? I used about one half mg/week of arimidex.
Yes, anatrozole is about twice as much at 1mg it’s about $86 for 28 pills. With Aromisin, it’s about $44 for 30 pills. I could send direct links, but idk if that’s against forum rules. This is at the Indian Pharmacy website.
It’s 48$ for 28 pills at the pharmacy that I won’t mention again because I have already told it to you at least twice.
Again, 1mg is likely TWO weeks worth of doses. So even with your numbers, they are about equal dosage wise, ASSUMING you only need to take one aromasin per week.
I don’t need you to post the link again. I see it now. Before it had Anastrozole listed at $86. I don’t know what happened. Maybe, it’s because I jsut searched by the generic name before shrugs
These product names scare me.
Update: I tried OTC SERM(Rebirth) and it did make my confidence go up and make me assertive; however it makes my GERD act up terribly and it give me a headache. I went to the doctor’s today and my blood pressure was 132/85. Yes, I know that’s a little high; however 2 months ago when I got it checked it was 138/82. So, I can conclude that the product didn’t cause my blood pressure to raise. Anyway, I’ve decided to just go ahead and order Nolvadex and take the real thing. The trouble is, I don’t know how much to take, I don’t know if I take it every day or every other and I don’t know if I’d need an AI if I take it even though my estradiol is in the normal(although higher normal, I’m worried about crashing e2) range. I did hear that Clomid causes estradiol to raise, but I have no clue about Nolvadex.
Anything that raises T or stimulate LH will lead to E.
So, anastrozole 1mg once a week and nolvadex 20mg everyday, or is that too much? Im trying to double my free t and increase total t in the 700 range.
The half life of anastrozole is 47 hours. I would not even consider once a week dosing unless you like your E2 being all over the place.
I take 1mg/week in divided daily doses.
Someone told me they tried Nolvadex 3mg a day and it crashed their e2, that it has anti-estrogen properties. They went on to tell me that I am better off trying clomid 12.5mg every other day…Thoughts? I was also told Nolva lowers IGF.
I don’t know much about nolva except the action is similar to clomid, and the side effects are similar with some possible differences. Some people react badly to clomid, I suspect some of that is based on not controlling E2. There’s more scientific studies on clomid in men than nolva, which IHMO is the reason it tends to be preferred by doctors. Can’t say I blame them for it.
I haven’t heard of either SERM crashing anyone’s E2.
Okay, so what dosage would you recommend of clomid? I was thinking of 12.5mg, but didn’t see that on the one site…the Indian one. Do I for sure need an AI? Would Clomid increase e2 a lot, or just a little? I’m also having a hard time finding anastrozole in less than 1mg, unless in research chem form. Unless I go with armasin. When you state “1mg/week in divided daily doses”, do you mean 1mg total amount per day, or multiple doses of 1mg a day. I assume you mean adding to 1mg total per day. If multiple doses are required per say, that MAY be out of my budget range. That’ll add up fast.
Buy a pill cutter. ![]()
I started with 12.5mg, I am up to 25mg now. I like starting slow.
For the anastrozole, I dissolve 1mg in 14ml water. I dispense about 1ml/day. So my daily dose is about 1/14th of a mg. I have a graduated cylinder (25ml) and a dropper marked for 1ml.
One more thing. I got a call from my doctor and found out I have a deviated septum. Could that be the cause for high normal Hematocrit, Hemoglobin and red blood cell count? I’m having surgery for it on the 16th. Could my elevated levels go down a week, or so after surgery? Also, I have a bad sinus infection and likely had it at the time of the test, since I have been dealing with severe nasal congestion.
Is Aromasin instead of anatrozole a bad idea all around? The reason I’m asking is, even though anatrozole is cheaper, taking aromisin seems like it would be more convenient; especially if I only have to take 12.5mg EOD. I’m just guessing on the dosage though. Although aromisin does seems more likely to crash e2, from what I’ve heard.
