I said in the original post in regards to this that I wouldn’t claim it, but that there are some things of concern. I can list those out:
- Sorting machines being disassembled and discarded
- Overtime hours being cut
- Failing to do a sweep of USPS facilities for ballots (this was ordered by a federal judge)
Now on something like this (not a criminal trial), I think those items, along with strong motivation for DeJoy to hamper the delivery of mail, it is enough for the courts to step in.
Now they still have to be postmarked by the 3rd. The voters did what was required of them. Why should they lose their votes because the post office is slow (intentionally or unintentionally)?

Because the more ballots that get counted, the more the will of the people is realized, and the worse it is for DJT. Lot of people have principles and morals… right up until the point where they might get harmed by them.

Yeah. I mean the Wikipedia of Trump’s lawsuits is always a good place to start. The pending criminal charges he has if he doesn’t win are another.

IMO, I think it is important that charges are not dropped. I think people need to see that he is in fact a criminal (if he is). No more hiding behind heavily redacted documents, Barr (and his policy that the president can do whatever they want), and a spineless GoP controlled senate. Now if he didn’t do anything wrong that is fine. I just want a fair evaluation of the evidence which we haven’t gotten yet.
An interesting thing about your post is that you don’t mention the man who is running for president: Joe Biden.
Then you also welcome an open recounting in these contested states that are separated by a few 1000 votes out of multiple millions of votes cast?

I think that happens automatically.
I think it is going to happen. I want the person with the most legitimate votes in a state to win, so as long as the evaluation of the ballots is done equally, I am fine with it.

I don’t think the laptop has hard evidence that his dad is crooked or got him that job in exchange for favors.
When Hillary lost, I don’t think it was a huge surprise to those who did not vote for Trump because they could see how she was unlikable (to be as nice as possible).
Now you have Trump supporters who are surprised that Trump is probably going to lose because they can’t accept the fact that he made more haters than fans. Just because you love Trump doesn’t mean everyone else does. I don’t get why it’s so unbelievable that Trump could lose. The truth is that Trump is his own worst enemy. In small doses, like his TV show, he is tolerable, even likeable. But when you are constantly exposed to his “mind” via Tweet after Tweet, it gets old, annoying and intolerable. He is a caricature of himself.

I’ve no big beef with Biden apart from him being a loser as a father. This is a big strike, however. Trump has a big beautiful family, the best indicator for sane behaviour and that is hard to deny.
