Uniletal Upper Back Rows?

I’ve been doing one arm cable rows but it doesn’t feel right and it bothers my shoulders if i go too heavy. I do DB rows already but more for my lats. The reason i want to do it unilateral is because i have imbalance in my shoulders and back because of baseball.

Any ideas?
