Very very true. Trust me, my daughter likes what she likes and I nor nobody else would change her mind. I just try and get her listen to other types. sometimes, she can’t stand it, other times she likes it. And yes, i don’t like justin beiber and his music is shit. thats a fact. Are you going to compare a justin beiber song to a led zep song? thats the difference between fluff music and great long lasting forever music.

I think you missed his point. Once you are old(er) your opinion on ‘good’ music really goes down the drain. Music changes with the ages, and people enjoy what is being played now (not all, obviously).

Also, the sad thing is that you’re right. You would probably get more attention in a social setting. But I’ll tell you that the majority of girls aren’t attracted to you. You’re too big for the typical gal.

I don’t think age has anything to do with it. I like and hate the same music now as i did years ago. I like some of the music today also. disturbed, avenged seven fold, five finger death punch. I just don’t like the hip hop/rap/fluff genre.

Disturbed? That band is GARBAGE. They play EVERY song in the same key and usually start each track with some sort of “OHHHHH Ah Ah Ah Ah!!!” wail from the lead singer. Disturbed sucks no matter how you spin it or place reference to the lyrics.
