What type of mg would u recommend on the dbol? Taking once a day? Or a few doses a day? What mg would u recommend on the prop a week and on the npp a week? Pinning eod i assume right
I don’t really like to recommend specifics to anybody. I’m not a medical professional nor fitness pro by any means. I can tell you people typically run Dbol in 30-50mg/day and for Test/NPP I planned on running 350mg each per week but then @Singhbuilder mentions he didn’t get much out of it in doses that low. So everybody responds differently and I think you have the experience to know how your body reacts to certain doses. Keep in mind Test P is more potent than Test C/E mg/mg due to ester weight.

Trying to put on a lot of mass. Diet on point. Training on point. Let me know if you think a different oral would be better, but from what I’ve read dbol is the king for bulking as far as orals.
How long do you plan on running the test? Same question for NPP? Dbol has a very short half life you so you want to split that tab and run it at least 2x per day. I would do three but you got 50mg tabs which is odd to me as its commonly sold in 10mg but UGL can do what they want.
I’m staying on trt after cycle. But as deca is usually run longer I figured I’d do a 16 week cycle on test npp. Figure I’d run the dbol for 4-6 weeks. Yeah it’s odd they sell them like that as I’ve never seen that before but more bang for my money anyways lol. I’ll just have to split then up carefully. So u think a 50 split three ways every day?
Deca is run longer because of the deconoate ester. NPP is a shorter ester so the same rules don’t necessarily apply. 16 weeks if fine but don’t let the npp be the driver.
As usual I’ll defer to those with more experience, but the above is my understanding.
50mg is pretty high for Dbol, I’m not sure how prone you are to aromatisation but with 500mg of Test, that will absolutely give you gyno IMO. 20-30mg is plenty, i personally would not run this cycle.
3 wet compounds will not make for a good look. And you may confuse water weight with mass.

That is what I was wondering about. What would u change? The oral? Or the Npp? I only know about d bol tbh. I’m going to see what my trainer recommends tomorrow as well. Maybe I should run anivar instead? I don’t know much about Winnie either. But I heard anivar keeps u very hard
I would run test prop low, around 200mg, NPP at 100mg eod (increase to 150mg if needed) and masteron at equal to the NPP.
If you have to use an oral, i would do Var or Tbol.

Still wondering, if someone was to cut weight with test, deca and dbol (megadoses, so say 500mg test 500mg deca 50mg dbol daily)
What would they look like when they reach say 7%? Would they look ripped, or would the water retention be so extensive they’d look fat/fluffy
Would one even be able to gauge progress, or would water retention get in the way? What if someone was cutting on a gram of test? Does it just ‘not work’?
I was just cutting on test. Worked great. Lost 30 pounds, kept all my muscle. Didn’t look fluffy
And I was running 500 test e a week with 100 test prop eod

I actually still had deca still in my system for the first half and it still went great.
From my understanding u can cut on anything. Its just diet. And it all raises ur metabolism up anyways. (I don’t know if everything does but test def does)
How much test? If you don’t mind me asking? Low dosages like 200mg or high dosages like 600mg?

I’ve been sick for the past 2 weeks (almost), but I’ve been working out as much as possible (performance has been massively impacted), I feel exponentially worse following workouts… at the moment it’s confined to coughing up a TON of mucous/flem, feeling run down, slightly elevated heart rate, needing to sleep a lot, sore throat, runny nose… problem is I’d just gotten back from Europe, I was eager to gain back my lost muscle mass, being sick is further stalling me ![]()
I’m aware (due to literature and whatnot) that I’m being a fucking idiot, and I’m prolonging my recovery time, thus I’m going to take a break until I’m better, stick to cycling and long walks. But I’m going to a music festival tommorow (dammit), that’ll be a day literally jam packed with intensive physical activity… moshing and whatnot (you can say… don’t go into the mosh pit then… but pffftttt… getting bashed/pushed around for a solid few hours is always fun). If I don’t go I’m out 180$, for me… that’s a lot of money
Given my affinity towards bodybuilding, exercise etc I hate the notion of having to continually stall progress. So what do you guys do when sick? Particularly @Singhbuilder who competes. If you were sick 5-6 weeks out, would you still work out?

Yes, it is too much, far too much… but it’s interesting, shows that broscience, commonly harboured ideology regarding what can and can’t be used may be flawed
You look good, you’ve got some loose skin (expected from rapid weight loss) but I’d say you’ve cut down to a solid 13% or so, very good… and you don’t look extremely puffy either… if anything you look solid
Thanks man! Yeah I hate the loose skin hopefully will tighten up over time. In the past two years I went from close to 300 pounds to 210 while gaining a lot of muscle lol but my trainer says it will tighten over time. Luckily it’s not too bad, some people get it horribly

Whether that’s worth it or not… it’s up to you, I decided (for me) laser hair removal on my… everything… wasn’t worth the cost

So figured I’d share this info. My trainer (IFBB pro) recommends I do test e and test c split each dose. Says the different esters work different even though most people don’t believe they do. Also wants me on 400-600 npp a week plus the dbol. Says water retention shouldn’t be too bad because of how I reacted to deca last cycle( i didn’t hold water too bad)
