Well, yes, that is what those funds are for. Would you prefer that illegal immigrants experiencing a medical emergency be refused care, and left to die at the ER doors? Because that’s the only other option.

What should be done with undocumented immigrants is a separate issue. But I’m glad to hear you don’t want their bodies stacking up like cordwood outside of the ER.
Edit: Before I give you credit for being compassionate, I have to ask: Are you in favor of treating them simply because the political optics of letting them die would be bad for the nativist cause?

Good example. I realize there are people on the margins and $4.00 more for a coffee mug makes a big difference; as for myself, I would gladly pay the extra $4.00 if I knew it would mean my fellow countrymen could be gainfully employed. Dollars have always been part of the equation, but more so today than ever before they are ‘the equation’.
Just curious - would you be willing to pay everything else 45 % more, not just $4.00 for the coffee mug?

the smaller the total amount the larger the margin people are willing to pay. 45% more for a mug isn’t as much to someone as 45% more for a car. You know the answer to your question - not sure what you’re trying to get at though…
