Trump 2025 - Resuming The National Nightmare Of Peace And Prosperity (Part 1)

Has Trumps gov. Said which antifa groups are terrorists? What I’ve understood there is no single organisation.

My guess is that they will be going after the funding of socialist revolutionaries who participated in riots or other acts of violence. Probably looking to prosecute the people funding it, not just the people doing it.

It would be nice if we could figure out who drops pallets of bricks off at riot locations or pays violent agitators.

It isn’t a simple thing to pin down, especially when so much of the activity takes place anonymously. The ringleader of the group harassing my barber was very careful to only communicate via proton mail, which is based somewhere in Europe and is notoriously difficult to trace. Even the FOAA request to the school board was done through that email.

I’m pretty sure Armed Queers Salt Lake City is being investigated at this moment for possible involvement in Kirk’s assassination, for example.

A lot of these types are profoundly stupid and can’t help but gab about their plans online.

You gotta love The Daily Gondor.

I thought that was about Kirk for a second.

Can you picture these antifa clowns storming Normandy Beach on D-DAY

My father was in Germany fighting the Nasties at 17 years old…big difference between boys then and boys now

Tolkien was a devout Catholic who cherished Anglo-Saxon culture and Kirk was an obvious Man of The West. Sauron was The Great Deceiver, which is exactly what Kimmel, et al are in the business of doing. Kirk was about as straightforward in his beliefs as a guy who spoke as much as he did could be.

You really, really don’t get Tolkien. Or Kirk.

The point of Obama and all the rest suggesting Kirk was a hateful man is the same reason they call trump fascist. It isn’t because it is true, but to give people a reason to hate them. A lot of folks buy into the idea.

And many are beginning to see the lies

Kirk’s assassination has woken quite a few up

I think the same about you.

So do the vast majority of Tolkien scholars.

LOL I have no doubt some self-described “Tolkien Scholars” are flaming liberals in 2025, but just because Tolkien didn’t like actual Nazis and flaming liberals call everyone who disagrees with them Nazis today doesn’t transform his works of fiction into wokeism instead of a fundamentally Catholic work. Tolkien himself explained this in his letters.

It requires 1 billion dollars and an Amazon production team to transform Tolkien into woke nonsense. I’m sure many “Tolkien Scholars” were consulted when Galadriel was demoted to a petulant scouting party leader who was better than all the boys at sword fighting.

I don’t see any connection with Tolkien to the modern US politics. But maybe it’s just me.

He died in 1973, long before anything resembling modern wokeism was around for him to comment about, but he wasn’t an apolitical man. I suspect his disdain for the Nazis would have carried over to this other ideology that is equally incompatible with Catholic beliefs and society. He also openly despised communism.

The reason why The Daily Gondor is so politically relevant and on-the-money is precisely due to Tolkien’s ideas about cherishing, preserving, and fighting for Anglo-Saxon culture and Catholic values, which permeate everything he wrote.

Broadly speaking, Tolkien HEAVILY promoted the same basic values as Charlie Kirk, values that Barak Obama just maligned when he ventured forth from his foul abode.

Tolkien’s value of the English language is also relevant to modern politics, as evidenced by our earlier conversation where words like “fascism” have lost any meaning they once had, corrupted by The Dark Lord himself in his quest to deceive the people of Middle Earth.

He was definitely a catholic conservative. And he would not have been liberal in modern USA. But I would not be sure that he would feel strongly for MAGA either.

Impossible to say. Different time, different part of the world and different questions.

He was pretty much an English supremacist who looked down on Americans, especially all of the hippies who his book sold so well with. He called them his deplorable cult, or something close to that.

I doubt he would like Trump as a person, but he would not be siding with a new version of race-based socialism that is actively hostile to western civilization and despises Catholic values.

He would not under any conceivable circumstances support the idea of mass migration funded with tax dollars to bring as many Muslims to England as possible.

Pretty much. My dad actually met him once if I remember correctly.

That’s my statement. No, he would not approve liberal policies, but maybe modern conservatives would not met his criteria either.

I’m sure he would have criticisms, but he would have an awful lot to say about what is happening to England today, which would probably result in him being one of the 12,000 people arrested for saying bad things about the government in the UK last year.

I wish I had kept my dad’s old paperback copies of LOTR, but between the two of us they were literally in tatters.

Probably.

I googled and they were hate speech convictions, not criticism towards government.

Sanctions were apparently mostly 100-200 pound fines.

Not that I approve these policies. I find them silly and that they do more harm and good.

Of course there’s also consequences when allowing hate speech. Like what happened to Kirk due to all the nazi accusations around.

Yeah I should have specified hate speech, which is just as dumb of a concept that prevents honest conversation about government policy.

I’m not sure how Norse you guys in Finland are, but he borrowed liberally from your mythology as well because he was jealous that Anglo Saxons didn’t have their own mythology, so he wrote it.

Speaking of Finland, where is the video from your government explaining that assassinating Charlie Kirk was definitely not a Finnish intelligence operation? We got one from Israel. Where is yours and what are you people trying to hide from us?

Yeah. He had close relations to nordic mythology, (which is kinda separate from Finnish paganism), and the elvish he invented is heavily based on finnish language.

Kirk was actually kidnapped and is slaved to Santa as one of his elfs.

Tell your cruise ship captain of a President to stop his foreign meddling.

Back to Trump news, a group of investors erected a temporary 12 foot tall golden statue of Trump holding a bitcoin in Washington DC. Hopefully it goes on tour afterwards so we can all revel in this artistic masterpiece.

I dunno why but I couldn’t help but notice most Portuguese - Americans like Freitas tend to be on the Right. Jim Costa comes to mind as an exception.

Well I’ll have you know I vote in all Maine elections. So there.

I know what you mean, but let me tell you something: you boys have been sending a bunch of your faggots our way, and Jesus F. Christ. I could beat up ten of them at the same time without using both hands. They can’t even change a tire, drive stick… they drink faggotty ass 5 EURO Starbuck lates instead of a real quality coffee… now these fags are inserting themselves in Pro-palestine nonsense and anti-immigration issues.

At least the resident Brits are always down for a scuffle, or glassing a bloke.
