Trump 2025 - Resuming The National Nightmare Of Peace And Prosperity (Part 1)

On the contrary… the red wave was massive

Don’t underestimate how gay men have become.

Because they’re miserable and humorless.

The left?

Who else? Of course.

Oh ya… They’re always fucking miserable and angry. Like perpetually. Tilting at Windmills must be exhausting.

Oh dear lord, Matt Gaetz as Attorney General. God help us.

He’s not my preference, but he seems way better than Garland, Holder, etc.

I’m liking everyone he’s picking so far. No real complaints, and I’m pretty confident in Trump’s judgement at this point. He’s as good of a guy as any to make these choices.

He also knows how to say “YOU’RE FIRED”.

I don’t like Rubio, but I’m sure he’s better than what Kamala would choose.

Trump needs to be careful to not pull too many Republicans out of the House. If Gaetz is the pick, that’s already 3 (alongside Stefanik and Waltz).

This was done through a big part of the 80’s and 90’s. The actual “war on drugs”.

One of my brothers was on an LST out of little creek VA, and part of what they did was drop offs and pick ups. Guys on little zodiac boats would buzz out from the beach, then off to what ever was next. Or helocopters, cuz they have helo decks too.

There was a whole lot of stuff like that.

This is an fun question for me to ponder.

In my layperson history fan boy view, that would be like your local 3-1 amateur MMA title holder going up against the UFC Champ. The former is a dangerous guy, but LEVELS below the pro. It would be like getting all of the best football players you can find in North AND South Dakota together and you show up to the game and you’re playing the Kansas City Chiefs. It would be like the Democrats scouring the land for the best possible candidate and asking them to beat Donald Trump in an unrigged election.

It just ain’t happening. Not with Tulsi in his corner. They could have picked her, just like I’ve always picked her.

As long as he passed the bar on his first try.

I think even Stefanik of NY is supposed to be from a “safe” red area.

The other 2 are from FL, the formerly swing state, now the reddest of the red lol.

Bill O’Reilly summed it best imo. Trump is only picking people he knows will be loyal to him and will tell him what is really happening (The Left says he’s picking spies…). Ultimately, Trump will (obviously) be the policy maker, but he trusts all his picks to give him the real scoop, and not stab him in the back with their own respective agendas a la his first term.

Hegseth for Secretary of Defense is the prime example. His main job is to keep an eye on the (puffed up) generals like Mark Milley from Trump’s previous administration. Hegseth is also a big advocate of the grunts that actually do the fighting.

I think national discourse is at a peculiar point where we can all still wonder about why Trump is picking this person or that, but confidently rule out whatever reason his opponents are saying it is.

Biden apparently being super nice to Trump, flipping another finger at DingDong…

…cue the Hunter Biden pardon at the appropriate time, from Trump imo.

Sure. But they still make things difficult until the special election happens.
