I knew this meme would come in handy soon enough.

You can’t make this shit up:

“the Court can’t declare an order of President Trump’s to be unconstitutional if the order does not actually exist yet.”

I have zero knowledge of the law, but even I know this… :joy:

Imagine how much of a drag it must be to have the DEI justice embarrassing your side.

I believe that the leftists are far enough down their own rabbit hole to think that Wakanda Forever Jacksoniquia is being over ruled by the others, cuz Trump stacked the court in his favor.

Its like those womens intuition posts on facebook- “If you can feel it, its real.”.

And they can feel it.

The thing is, Sotomayor is just as radical in her voting wrt Trump policies. My belief is that Sotomayor wrote that so DEI Jackson will know it’s not just a “right judge” vs a “left judge” issue. Sotomayor is probably not saying, but saying, that DEI Jackson should probably use her (hopefully there is one at least) law clerks to help her out LOLLLLLLL…

:man_shrugging:t2:. Maybe.

I mean, even Sotomayor holds jurisprudence in high regard. She might be radical within the constraints of Supreme Court judges, but thats a narrow path to begin with.

She just makes it starkly evident that Binaqua Charlatan Jackson is an idiot and shouldn’t be there.

Oh you mean the justice that uses “full stop” multiple times in her opinion and I use opinion very loosely here.

Man, that’s a great question, and one for which I’ve heard many reasons. I think that all of those reasons can really be summed up due to the fact that at that young age, you don’t have a career (not just a job), a mortgage, a family, financial obligations[many], a retirement savings, etc. They have almost nothing of value accumulated and have been taught that a person who does, “didn’t earn it/work for it” & that somehow they should also have what you have. Due to current culture, coupled with our horrific educational system, they believe in some utopia where everybody should be able to have whatever they want, along with free healthcare, no debt, everybody can come live in the U.S., and everybody will live in some utopia. They don’t have a realistic view on the world and how it works, how most people are lazy takers & don’t want to sacrifice at a young age for a better payoff down the road, etc.
The saying is if you’re not a liberal at a young age, you don’t have a heart, and if you’re not a conservative by 30, you either don’t have a brain or you haven’t worked hard enough to accumulate any wealth/career/assets. Eh, something like that.

I got roped in by the hippie vibes of peace, love, and acceptance, good music, and an intellectual class with impressive credentials.

The guy in my avatar sums it up well in The High Water Mark passage of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. The book reads a bit differently, but the movie captures the sentiment well. It was all about the good vibes, man. It just felt like we were right.

My ideological shift began when I noticed that gun control arguments were constructed of lies. I realized this by reading exclusively left wing content, not by being persuaded by any right wing media. Then I kept noticing more flawed reasoning and outright lies.

I guess I don’t have a heart.

I was also raised to work hard and nobody owes you anything.

It used to be about protecting the paycheck, and in some regards still is.

The democrats clearly have shitcanned the trades, but supporting and advancing union labor protections and growing/creating jobs used to be a thing for them.
Now they’ve moved up the ladder a bit to paraprofessionals and academia. If you’re a nurse, other healthcare, etc, you protect your paycheck. Same with academics.

At least on the professional front, that has been my understanding.

Now its also about a bunch of unicorn poop & rainbow bullshit. They seem to think that the rights and protections laid out in the constitution don’t apply to them, and they need some lubed up multicultural social-emotional crap that doesn’t (and shouldn’t) exist.

And magic word organization tax dollar give aways. Still protecting the paycheck! They’re just much bigger and for literally nothing but a good sounding name.

Also contributing nothing of value to society must really suck hence they’ve no problem redistributing the wealth / possessions of others

IMO Democrats have simply gone all in on Socialism, even though the workers aren’t about to “seize the means of production.” Socialism is just different rules for different people enforced by the government instead of equal protection under the law. They are an inbred offspring of Marxism and National Socialism. They internationalism comes from the Marxists, the racist government policies come from the Nazis.

At the end of the day it is a very sophisticated cult that serves to achieve control first, then extract wealth, plus weird sex stuff with kids. Americans should really stop kidding themselves about what they are up against, and MAGA leads the way on this.

These are the guys in Maine who Democrats are working so hard to keep here, just like they work so hard to protect the people shooting up Lewiston every week.

Bingo. They are losers who had no ambition, didn’t give a shit about school, didnt’ want to work hard, and then all the sudden grew up and looked around and saw others their age with houses, nice cars, things of value, and thought that it “wasn’t fair” and that they “deserved” some of that too. Notice that besides the super rich elite hollywood liberals, or just the super rich liberals, that the rest of them have shit jobs, make shit money, drive shit cars (if they even have one), etc? It’s this pervasive whiny, excuse making mentality and it’s pathetic.

Hey! Whoa…

 I kid, i kid.

I think that school, for the most part, really only teaches you to follow directions. There’s some actual technical and scientific learning for some kids, but its mainly show up on time. Bell rings, go to next desk. Repeat 8x. Go home. Do that for 12 years and try not to hurt anybody.

Skills that actually will get you somewhere in the workplace. Maybe not to the top of the heap, but somewhere.

I agree for the most part, just couldn’t pass up an opportunity to make fun of the pathetic state of our education cattle yards.
