I don’t know to what extent that they do work together, but the surgical precision that Israel exercised to gain full control of Iranian air space in a short span is worth taking some credit for being on their team. The Iranian barbarians looked just plain lame and impotent.

The best I could find with a quick search was that France assisted Israel with acquiring a nuclear weapon and that the USA was aware it was happening and did not condemn it.

In local news, Lewiston had an eventful Tuesday. We had a drive by shooting, another shooting the cops haven’t confirmed yet, and an armed standoff.
In a nice change of pace, they actually arrested a suspect who they will work tirelessly to ensure doesn’t get deported by ICE, since Maine Democrats and one Republican voted to make Maine a “sanctuary state” yesterday.
Efforts to reform our insane policy of supplying endless drug paraphernalia were stymied in last night’s council meeting, even as more business close due to the difficulties psychotic fentanyl addicts place on commerce.
I also was accused of having a “blood-purity complex” by a Lewiston city councilor for accurately describing the dire state of Lewiston Public Schools without even mentioning race.
This from the same woke joke who is on the public record making this clownish argument for publicly funded restrooms for fentanyl addicts to take over and trash.
I’m confused. He wants bathrooms in the alleys? Like, porta-potties?

Not in the alleys but in the parks. It passed, too. I don’t think they are operational yet. The porta potties are typically nightmarish, even by porta potty standards.
I am having a hard time putting the totality of Maine politics into any context other than a corrupt narco state that functions as a comprehensive wealth extraction scam and a strategic weakening of the USA. Heck, Governor Mills had a CCP envoy at her inauguration, and that’s where the fentanyl comes from.
We’re going to Martha’s Vineyard for vacation this year. We always go to the coast at some point, so I can eat clam chowdah for lunch every day and clamber around on jetties. And you know, sit on the beach in the cold rain.
I kind of wish this was a Maine year, because I’m feeling the need to drive through Lewiston and sort of gawp around. But we did Bar Harbor last year, so that’s that.

Well we still have a couple of good restaurants, one good dive bar, and an unbelievable concentration of weed stores, Dollar Trees, predatory cash lenders, and Dunkin Donuts.
The upcoming Juneteenth celebration is also going to be hopping, as it is being financed with money collected under the pretense that it would be distributed to mass shooting victims, families, and organizations directly impacted.
Maine Inside Out received almost $67,000 of that money. This was after they were also were exempted from background checks so they could get Marcel Lagrange and other violent offenders access to high school kids. He worked with LPS students shortly before he murdered two people in front of their young children, exactly as he told Maine authorities he would when he was incarcerated at Long Creek youth detention.
Our woke school committee chair Megan Park’s defended her decision by stating “Anyone in this room could become a murderer tomorrow.” She’s close allies with the Prince of Piss pictured above.
This feels like the prelude to something nasty. Maine Dems are flirting with sedition at this point, openly declaring that they don’t believe in the concept of US Citizenship. They are running our towns into the gutter while waving rainbow flags, hoovering up wealth, and taxing seniors out of their homes.
Portland is just as bad and in some ways even worse. It’s all a huge scam.

Generally speaking, no. Saco is a tourist-oriented beach town, but you don’t need to go far to get to Portland. The way it has worked in Maine is that Democrats and their allied nonprofits, which effectively function as part of the government, funnel the migrants, the addicts, and the released convicts AWAY from the tourist traps. Our Mayor, a carpetbagger from Arizona who I think might have tried to sell me magic mushrooms at Bonnaroo Music Fest in 2003, specifically campaigned on developing Lewiston into a “service city”, which just means standing up more nonprofits that don’t pay taxes but do attract troubled and needy people, who also don’t pay taxes. Immigrants and addicts are a great moneymaker, as long as Washington D.C. and Augusta can keep the funds flowing.
You’re not going to see many people smoking crack, shooting up and shitting on the sidewalk down by Saco Beach or Bar Harbor, and I don’t recall hearing about much violence playing out on the streets in the middle of the afternoon, like yesterday in Lewiston.
Saco is definitely one of the better towns to be in in southern Maine, but I also don’t follow Saco local politics. I’m sure some crazy woke libs are implementing crazy woke policy there too. It is happening all over the state, but much less so once you get north of Bangor.

Well, we still aren’t at war with Iran and they still haven’t detonated any nuclear bombs, so that’s good news on a Thursday.
The Babylon Bee strikes again, this time with Woke Jesus. There are more than a few self-styled “Christian” pastors in Maine who could benefit from watching this video. I doubt any of them realize it, but they are all Jim Jones wannabes, combining socialism with Evangelical Christianity.

Unfortunately, they are only able to communicate in vague platitudes about love and acceptance. We’re all in this together kinda crap, when what the politicians are doing is playing a deadly game of socialist revolution.
Taxes keep going up and up to fund all of their love and light. They recently increased taxes on pensions, prescription drugs, real estate, ambulance rides, hotels, cigarettes, weed, income, and lots of other things I can’t remember off the top of my head, exactly as Jesus instructed,

I’ve been told by quite a few people who were there that there were wmds- nerve agents, that they were actually hit by.
But similar to agent orange exposure, if the government put you in place to be exposed they are liable for damages, to pay for the disability and suffering. Also similar to agent orange, the government is going to deny it happened until the vast majority of troops exposed are dead.
My one older cousin did a lot of forward reconnaissance in Vietnam. It was only about a decade ago that the gov. finally acknowledged that it was harmful and caused long term damage to breathing and whatnot.
Dessert Storm was right in my wheelhouse (53 years old) and most of those guys are still around. It will probably be another 20 years before its discovered that troops were exposed and have suffered long term damage from it.
Being a smart government, they finally learned in the GWOT that if you cycle troops through enough back to back tours they’ll have ptsd so badly that they’ll just kill themselves. Something like one every 22 minutes.
That reduces the expense of any possible liability down the road tremendously.
This is wrong. The chemical exposure was from old chemical agents left over from their war in the 80’s. The U.S. government would be responsible in the same way it is if a soldier were shot. It is nothing like Agent Orange where the U.S. not only knowingly exposed its soldiers but created it.
There were no WMD’s it was just a BS narrative based on Israeli lies.
