It has been illuminating to watch all of the bullshit nonprofits lose their federal funding. With nobody willing to donate, they are begging city councils for a different bag of tax dollars.

Meanwhile, Queer Wildlife Day is coming up soon. Somehow this group still receives tax dollars, likely from the state government.

They could save a lot of time and money if they just went down to the dog park to watch a dachshund hump everything in sight.

Did you know someone is narrating your stuff on Ewe Tube?

My 7 year old lifting videos?

No man, your words read aloud on video with a picture of Maine scenery in the background.

lol that’s hilarious. Have a link?

You know, I lived in New Brunswick for a couple years. I used to like to go to Maine, dodge moose on The Airline from Calais to Bangor. Go to the beaches at Kennebunkport. Do some hiking. How many Bald Mountains are there in Maine?

Good hiking around the White Mountains near Bretton Woods. That’s where America hammered out the New World Order that brought the world more peace and unprecedented prosperity. America stood for something strong when it fought world wars to protect democracy.

Now, not very miles away from there, you say your schools and town meetings are all about psychiatric medicine? That’s pretty sad, isn’t it? South Park stuff, mmmmmkay. Is this what America talks about now?

However, I agree Monty Python is awesome. I like Joe Rogan and Theo Von too.

Was it on a different video? I didn’t pick up on anything I’ve written on that one.

If you just meant there’s lots of people talking about this stuff, well, there definitely is.

Gotland is a beautiful place. I remember when Sweden ended conscriptions for citizens in 2010.

After few years they understood that maybe strong and functional army might be needed.

Gotland is my favorite start location for a Viking-> Norman-> English play though in Crusader Kings 3.

The software company Paradox is Swedish and they have a tendency to make Scandinavia and especially Sweden ridiculously powerful in all of their games, which are about the only games I play anymore.

There is still enough cold weather left that I might try a Finnish conquest in the outstanding Hearts of Iron 4.

Ah! A Paradox player. Nice to find comrades here too.

I’ve played some HoI and CK2, but Stellaris is my favorite.

Not going to go too much in to detail, but as someone who has done military service,I would say there’s accurate info about Finnish defence doctrine.

I think there’s a tendency among Americans to overestimate Russian military strength and underestimate Europe’s. Europeans have been doing war for thousands of years and have been very good at it. If they are motivated to commit to strengthening their military capabilities, they could end up being considered another global superpower. They are, after all, the descendants of empire builders.

The problem with Europe (or EU if we want to be exact) is that it’s still a loose union of vastly different countries.

If there would be a United States of Europe, we would be a match for China and USA, both economically and in military strength. It seems that tighter Union will be the direction, which I fully support.

Giving those nations a common cause is the first step. Putin gave the EU as well as the UK a common cause. If Trump gives the impression that the US will not be a reliable ally, it creates a common cause.
