Trump 2025 - Resuming The National Nightmare Of Peace And Prosperity (Part 1)

I don’t understand the fascination with actions taken by Trump that could potentially be deemed unconstitutional. This is our constitution working as intended. The Supreme Court has ruled presidential actions or executive orders unconstitutional almost 500 times since 1789.

Reading through the history on interaction between presidential actions and The Court’s disagreements through time would be a good read. Particular presidents to look into Washington, Lincoln, FDR, Truman, Carter, Reagan, Bush.

I am not saying you are in this boat, but most people I see screaming about this have probably never read the entirety of the constitution or much less understand it.

I have no concerns about a constitutional “crisis” like the braindead media is spouting off about. The balance of powers seem to be working as intended from what I see.

Checks and balances all seem to be in place, even with some far left judicial activists in the mix.

The same people who believe Trump is on the path to dictatorship are the ones who believe the 1994 Budapest Agreement obligates the USA to defend Ukraine, or makes them our ally.

Taking it all in today, I think the muddying up of English has been the left’s most successful rhetorical tactic of the last century. It makes conversation impossible when word lose all meaning.

We definitely became a lot dumber as a population over the last 20 years. I pity the children in Maine’s public schools today.

Don’t discount their ability to draw people in to a reality adjacent world of “omg! what if???”.

Living in the abstract is very much a characteristic of Socialist thought. It all ties in with the murky language, the euphemisms and the endless disagreement over the very definition of words.

There’s a reason Democrats have mastered the art of saying words that can be interpreted to mean anything. Politicians do this in general, but Democrats take it to a whole new level of meaningless words in 2025.

I stand with trans kids
I stand with ukraine
I support voting rights
I support immigrants

Getting to the bottom of what someone actually means with that stuff is nearly impossible, because they can’t actually explain it. They tend to become angry when asked to clarify what is meant, because in their conditioned minds all of the mush words are somehow understood perfectly.

I don’t have to explain it when it’s in my yard.

It almost seems like Trump is not, in fact, taking steps to secure a dictatorship in partnership with Vladimir Putin, but might just be engaged in what’s called a “negotiation”. Having watched the news, I understand this is all part of Trump and Musk’s plan to take all of my money.

Zelensky seems to better understand the situation he’s actually in, with an American leader in the White House, not the corrupt internationalists who programmed Biden’s words to the public.

I see your sign, and raise you my second:

It’s awesome that they specifically mentioned the Javelins.

Didn’t President Trump get impeached over the Javelins? Or was that just an old episode of the Fake News?

I don’t have a recollection of that, but let’s see what the internet says.

Ah, yes, Trump did indeed approve the sale of Javelins to Ukraine in 2019, which was either good or as bad as Hitler, depending on whose opinion you consider. It was brought up in one of his impeachment proceedings.

My guess is that Zelensky is learning how to kiss Trump’s ass in a productive way.

If Donald Trump is any indication, Maine Republican rising star Laurel Libby is going to continue to see a massive boost by Democrat efforts at destroying her. Only four representatives have been censured in all of Maine’s history, 3 of which came since 2022 when Maine was firmly under Democratic Socialist governance, and Libby is the most egregious use of censure powers. I hope she runs for Governor.

She’s already got more followers than Janet Mills, and she’s just a state rep. Libby’s doing the rounds on national news and garnering TONS of local support. She’s actually a very good politician, who writes about what she’s working on and voting on at a good but accessible level of depth. Regular livestreams, q and a sessions, everything you could want from a Republican politician.

Now, if she can just get at least 34 Felony convictions in Maine, she should be a total shoe-in.

If by Javelins you mean being the Prime Minister of Hell, yes.

Otherwise, I have no words!.

I stand with what ever isn’t that other thing. :raised_fist:

You do need to cut your grass.

Best sign of all, and appropriate when either Maine or West Virginia get mentioned:

Cutting grass is a construct of white supremacy.

I can’t believe there are people who assassinate their political opponents. It must be awful to live in a country like that.

Ask RFK jr.

I dunno man. Based on your recent writings, I’d say you should stay away from windows. Or at least keep your center of gravity low & ready to roll.

I don’t think any local politicians want me to give them the twojar treatment anymore than I do and lack the power to gulag me at the moment. They are also mostly pretty dumb opportunists, with a few exceptions who I’m friends with. I’m sure hired thugs could be found if I end up causing the government too much trouble.

So far I’ve only accumulated one non-anonymous threat from the unhinged local deli clerk on facebook. He also wants to strangle his co-workers and beat people who disagree with him with a Bible, and believes this information should be broadcast to Planet Earth. He showed up with some other slimebag to intimidate my friend at her business opening for a special needs childcare facility. Her husband handled the situation fine, so no need for the local former part-time backup dive bar bouncer to become involved.

He’s also very active with local Democrat activists in general.

I keep looking for him every time I go to the grocery store, but still haven’t seen him. I was going to have him custom slice some deli meat to my satisfaction, even though I don’t eat deli meat, but I heard he is working rotisserie chicken now, which I do eat occasionally. The plan is to interrogate him about the differences in chicken to see if I can make him snap.

What’s the difference between the chicken in the blue bag and the yellow bag? Is it gluten-free? What did they feed it? Was it free-range, free-range organic, or just organic? What is the genetic heritage of these birds? Do you know what the chicken’s name was? Would you be willing to lower the price of this fowl by $0.50? I’m willing to walk away from this deal if you don’t meet my terms. And so on, until I can provoke an assault.

Or I could act my age.

Some of these anonymous Klansmen contacted my last employer to inform them I am a National Socialist, but I’m doing consulting now for a client who could give two shits what I speak or write about regarding local politics.

Trump’s first address to Congress in this term is on in 15 minutes. It should be worth watching.
