Ok. so i am 20 days into restart 20mg nolva eod. i got my LH tested today which came out to be 3.67 almost same as before trt. i don’t understand why nolva is not affecting my LH levels. Shoud i increase my dosage? and give nolva another month before getting my LH checked again?
Any opinion anyone? Please?

and i got my testicular ultrasound before trt which came normal so this rules out primary hypogonadism right?
