TRT Since July, Heart Palpitations/Anxiety Since December

you may be right on target alphagunner. Took the 50mg shot yesterday with 1/4 ai, not feeling real good today. Will take Sundays shot without the ai.

Never have had libido or erection problems, but have been moody and general feeling of fatigue.

I have crashed my estrogen before and anxiety was the major indication that something was off. You can dissolve your ai in vodka and dose by drops to dial in micro doses. I found that a magnesium supplement helped my heart palpitations, potassium may also be beneficial.

200 mgs in one shot is too much. It increases E too much (i realize yours E is too low). Also results in larger peaks & troughs versus 100 mgs, two times per week~ every 4th day is best re half life of Test Cyp.
But like other advice of others here, Stop the adex. Even then, it takes awhile to get your E up again. I know through experience. Morning wood is a great barometer re if im at sweet spot for E. When I crashed my E, i had no morning wood. IIRC, it took couple weeks after discontinuing Adex till is came back. Everybody will be different. And re lab values, even if you are in ā€œideal rangeā€, it may not necessarily work best for you; as some feel better at 30 than 20. It’s A lot of trial & error plus patience (Even once you’ve dialed in on E, will take a bit to adjust & feel positive changes.
Endocrinologist are incompetent when it comes to TRT. I’ve had many debates/battles with the 2 ive had re basic principles ie frequency of injections. When i began trt 15 yrs ago, Endo had me doing 300 mgs every 3. I felt pretty good the first week snd a half-ish. After that, felt horrible- like it did pre trt when T was extremely low. After doing research & getting educated, I told doc i was going to 100 mgs, once a week. I really didn’t need to tell him since i still used same quantity of T cyp overall. Anyway, I explained to him the huge elevation in E that follows one big shot (300 mgs) plus due to half life, i was going too low by the time next injection. He got defensive (as i challenged Doctor God. How dare I question him).
