I started TRT injecting into fat tissue and my estradiol has not increased at all. Yes Im taking 50mg zinc, but I dont think that has big of an impact, I take it to raise serum zinc levels. A lot of people supplement with zinc for various reasons and 50mg is the standard dose
And by the way Im not lean, average body type
Cleavage of the ester doesn’t take place in fat tissue and T ester isn’t a substrate of aromatase.
Below just one example from the literature which demonstrates that subq isn’t associated with increased E2 levels or a lower T/E2 ratio.

I found that subQ actually lowered my E2. Lowers T absorption rate, lower peaks.

I got new lab values. They were taken just before the injection.
Testo 9.0 ug/l (2.5-8.4), SHBG 19.7 (18.3-54.1) nmol/l, E2 47.7 ng/l (27.1-52.2).
My current protocol is: 200mg Test E/week. Three i.m. injections per week.
I’m thinking about adding an AI. I have a lot of water weight and my face appears often reddish. What do you think?
Are u overweight? Is your fasting insulin high = insulin resistance? High body fat %? Too much sugary stuff? How do u feel on this protocol?
I feel excellent. Body weight is high 92kg, body fat <12%, I eat rather low carb. No insulin resistance. Why do you ask?
That’s interesting, maybe the 200mg T a week drove the SHBG down then u have more free T cause of the SHBG, I asked cause people with “naturally” low SHBG most of the times have all the things I mentioned which is no good, but in your case low BF, no IR, good diet, etc I don’t see any problem having a low normal SHBG, also u feel good so, no further questions

Based on your recent labs and the most important fact that u feel excellent in my point of view there is ZERO need for it, adding an AI in your case is asking for problems, some people here with way more experience than me can tell you their opinion and 99,99 will agree with me
