TRT journey (help)

Lbs and english is not my usual thing, another update because i think it is fun and maybe motivating,
Starting weight: 216lbs
1 week: 210 lbs
2 week: 206 lbs

So far it is only diet, no breakfast and low cal high protein lunch and regular dinner, 5 days a week plan is to start no breakfast and low cal lunch on weekend also, so far i have not really get the training going, some ocasionall push ups and squats. This time i did a real converter for lbs and kg so the numbers should be good.
