TRT in Russia, Advice Needed

But I’m not competent with how thyroid, iodine, and selenium wire together. Could you show me a few links to read, so I can start learning about this topic? What should I do then? Should I cancel this supplementation?

I already had been taking L-thyroxine until April 2018, 25 mcg daily, it had mild effects, if any: maybe higher libido, maybe higher anxiety, but was able to keep TSH at 1.7.

And on 50 mcg I felt like my head gonna explode.

I never stated iodine and selenium wasn’t healthy, I said it renders TSH testing useless.
