I can only speak for myself, but I only ran one cycle and it changed my acne forever. Both my wife and daughter were prescribed it for cystic acne and it cured them permanently.

T is mission critical for libido and sexual function. You can say the same about DHT. With genetic defects that block Tā>DHT or knock out DHT receptors, the penis never really develops at all. DHT is needed for many aspects of virilization.
So I am never going to promote oral/systemic 5-alpha reductase inhibitors. I have no knowledge/experience with low doses that could modulate DHT levels instead of DHTā>~zero/
TRT can cause overactive sebaceous glands. Washing that oil off asap is really important to reduce acne.
Iāve had good luck using Selsun blue 3% salicylic acid shampoo as a body wash. You need to wash after any activity that caused you to sweat.
Studhammer, bringing an old topic to the top, but you mention accutane. I have moderate acne from 200mg/wk. drives me nuts. I was on accutane in my early 20ās (45 now) and it cleared my acne completely. I want to get some to take care of what I have now on a very low dose for a short time. Canāt you tell me what does you took and how much you weigh? And any hints on what online pharmacy i could buy from? (not trying to get anyone in trouble with that question so relaxā¦just need pointed in the right direction.).

I found a place that has gotten nothing but great reviews on steroid forum. Iām 195 pounds. And Iām going to go with 10mg once a day for 30 days and try that. That should be about 25% of the proper dosage for my weight. When I was in my late teens and early 20ās I had bad acne. I had no health insurance and accutane was fairly new and very expensive (about 5 bucks a pill then) So the Dermatologist put me on whatever half dose for my body weight at that time one pill a day to save me money. The proper dosing is twice a day. And after 4 months my skin was way better and acne completely goneā¦until now being on TRT at 200mg a week for 4 months!!

Has anyone heard of TRT effecting the skin on the penis in anyway. Lately the skin along the corpus spongiosum (under side of peins) has been really dry and scaly. But also I canāt feel very much on the underside.
Any advice would be appreciated
When my estrogen is low I notice the head of my penis is looking wrinkly and dry. Think about it, low estrogen means you are not holding onto water, so you are dried out.
Started 10mg of Accutane and gonna go for one month. Iāll post results in a month. Iām at about 1/4 -1/8 the dose for my body weight.
