When you come off of the tren, how much strength do you keep? I know for fluid retaining drugs ( test, deca, d-bol) you lose alot because the fluid cushioned the joints and you had an insane pump. How does it work with tren?
i cant really give an accurate answer as to tren alone because i have never run it alone. i usually drop between 5 and 10% of total weight depending on the muscle group. when all is said and done i keep 50 to 60% of my gains. these are usually test based cycles though. dont know if this helps.
i kept it all. just keep training for strength and it wont disappear.
