How could i fix trembling of my arms at the bottom position of the Snatch?
This happens when I’m attempting challenging weights. Thanks!
Well, it will almost always happen at challenging weights!!
However, you can do drop snatches to build up some strength in the overhead position when you catch. Work up to heavy 3’s, 2’s, and singles.
Drop snatches, snatch balance, overhead squats, and, of course, keep working on arm and shoulder strength with a good variety of pressing, being sure to include the occasional snatch-grip push press. And as long as you’re not pressing out on the snatch, the lift is good, so don’t worry about it too much.
