And who is this message aimed at? Every business owner in the area should be ready for fight or flight. I bet the local NG will be mobilized by tomorrow.

Time will tell.

But the only riot should be a race to put a foot up the prosecutors ass

Lol.

Don’t forget a ‘‘thug’’ too.

Because it’s illegal in Florida so he was breaking the law? Because he got suspended from school for having weed in the past and here he is high again? Because it backs up Zimmerman’s statement that he looked like he was on drugs? Combine these and it makes him look bad and give more credibility to Zimmerman’s testimony.
‘‘Here he is high again?’’

Are you speculating or are you sure he was high that night? Based on what?

Included in Trayvon Martin’s autopsy report was the toxicology report, which shows Martin had 1.5 nanograms of THC – the active ingredient in marijuana – and 7.3 nanograms of another THC substance found in his blood. Traces of cannabis/ marijuana were also found in his urine.

The problem with the toxicology report is it doesn’t indicate exactly when the drugs were used and whether Martin was on drugs the night he was killed.

I hope you know what nanograms mean.

Oh, and if he were high, Trayvon must have been such a lousy, ‘‘chilled’’ fighter that night.

Still doesn’t justify Fat Bastard to follow Trayvon, accost him and kill him.

IMO, you are completely off. It definitely is about race for about 99% of the black population…or it seems like that to me.
Hopefully, you’re dating the remaining 1%. Will save you the headache.

Yep just saw that. Seems like an acquittal is on the way. The real questions now become: what is the fallout of Zimmerman walking and where is DarkNinjaa when the case is going against her…?
Lol.

And, I’m sure you also saw the part where the Prosecution first destroyed his fucking credibility with the Peterson/Spector case mentions. Then they made him look incompetent and got him to admit pretty much that it could have happened the way Zimcunt SAID IT DID, or it could have happened ANY OTHER WAY.

They also got him to admit FatmanKilla could have shot Trayvon while he was pulling away.

Defence had a great day with this guy? LOL. Yeah, fucking right.

Yeah four60, how would you know what any black people think? Much less 99%.

Sucks being the 1%. Still happy I didn’t take the Blue pill.

It’s not that it could have happened any other way because realistically there are a million scenarios that could have happened. It’s about what’s most likely. Do you really think the jury will be convinced “beyond reasonable doubt” after his testimony? I would be incredibly surprised…

So, how many jurors are there… IIRC 6 and 3 alternates? So 6 of his peers will be deciding his fate. Is it best out of 6, or do they all have to agree on it? And then there’s the wildcard, the judge’s instructions on how to interpret the law. I think it’ll be cut 'n dry here unless there are distinctions to be made for a lesser charge. Some of the judge’s instructions can in effect hamstring a jury.

For a conviction of murder the vote has to be unanonymous.

Hey I like Chris Rock too but the hell with raising ammo prices going to the range is getting expensive these days
I was just going to say that. Ammo has been really expensive and really hard to get since Sandy Hook, and maybe even before that.
I have not had issues getting some. The weapons are disappearing, but the ammo is still available. At least where I live. Maybe because I am the only
conservative in my liberal neighborhood. I have told all my neighbors to come get me if someone breaks in their house because I will respond better than
HPD.
HA!!
Well brother it’s crazy on the East and I’m talking Gun shops, Gun Shows and online. I expected 223 to be gone and even 45 and 9mm to disappear But 22mag??? Really??

It’s a mAd house a MaDdddddd house
Yup, East Coast sucks a big fat one when it comes to Ammo.
I truly don’t understand the shortage. The big company’s are saying they are putting the same amount out so who is buying all this ammo or why the hoarding do people really expect the zombies to come?
I think the government is using coercion to bully the ammo makers into making less ammo. Or the government is using our tax dollars to buy it all up. I think they are preparing for large scale civil disobedience and I don’t mean riots due to Zimmerman’s trial. The ammo makers would not be able to tell us if the government was controlling them just like Verizon, Apple, yahoo, facebook and google were legally gagged. Think about being an ammo distributor if the government said less ammo for the public or we are not buying ammo for the armed forces from you anymore I think the manufacturers would have to obey.
All of them? Now that would be fucked up. I’ve heard the rumors everything from Gov buying it all to people Hoarding ammo to resell online ant 3x the price. It’s crazy whatever it is
all kinds of sources have been documenting the crazy rate, like 10x what they did a few years ago, and have been doing so for a few years.

even departments that dont have armed agents are buying ammo according to a couple things i have read. dont remember where, though.

it is absolutely free market, but a force with endless funds (read ‘our money’) buying an unimaginable portion of the supply creates an artificial increase in prices.

I live in the midwest and ammo is getting harder and harder to get. backorders everywhere. you literally have to be at walmart when the ammo is delivered or you get nothing. i have had an order on backorder for like 6 months.

Zimmerman not going to testify and the defense has rested. Hopefully the closing arguments will happen tomorrow and we have a verdict by the weekend.

Vote has to be unanimous for murder of any degree, and in fact I think manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide as well. Further they cannot look to convict for a lesser charge–prosecution’s ridiculous grandstand idea to go after murder 2 killed the chance that they could have got a lesser charge to stick in trial. They should have played it smart if they wanted to win, but once the trial started they were stuck with an unprovable murder 2 charge.
