Prosecution keeps getting killed, it gets worse everyday. Now the judge is going to allow the evidence of Martin having marijuana in his system at the time of the murder. A doctor had said earlier without the jury seeing it that it would effect him. This also backs up Zimm when he said to the 911 operator that Trayvon looked like he was on drugs.
Also, I didn’t know this but Trayvon’s mom had him name trademarked? To me that seems weird… especially before you had all the facts about the case.
Why would weed matter? If anything it Trayvon wasnt agressive in anyway. I think jurors know what weed does to a person and what a fight with someone who has smoked will look like…

b.) make friends with NAACP and national black power groups
c.) win over $1 million settlement in wrongful death lawsuit with Sanford, Florida, homeowner’s association
d.) pursue a civil lawsuit against Zimmerman, once murder trial is closed

Havent been watching the case at all and dont care either way…but weed doesnt make trayvon look bad…dude wasnt on coke or meth…i dont know many 17 year olds who havent smoked on a regular basis. Does not matter it is still illegal in Florida where he as at the time. Just shows a pattern of law breaking. You really no nothing about court proceedings and have not been watching the trial, so why act like you know how it works?
