I also remember Alan Dershowitz being nearly livid during a TV interview. He had stated that there was nothing in the affidavit issued by Coreys office that proved 2nd Degree murder. Not one thing, yet Zimmerman was going to be scapegoated for political gain.

But now, one year later, something has happened and its sure to be something that wont sit well with Angela Corey. The indictment accuses Corey of allegedly withholding photographs of Zimmermans head after the incident. Also, Corey allegedly falsely signed an arrest warrant under oath without including the pictures as evidence. Critics claim that Corey rushed the arrest warrant through because activists were rallying around the Trayvon Martin shooting, demanding that Zimmerman be charged with murder. Critics argue that Corey was attempting to secure a reelection with the support of the activists.

Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz stated that Coreys actions were unethical and illegal.

I feel no pity for people who deliberately obfuscate facts because it is politically expedient for them to do so and are eventually discovered because of it. Such is the case with Corey. As noted above, Corey deliberately appeared to withhold key evidence and then falsified everything by signing an arrest warrant under oath. In spite of her denials to the contrary, it appears that Corey did what she did to placate the activists who were screaming for Zimmermans blood. This is not justice! It is political correctness and we know that under political correctness, it is not justice that is sought, but “equality,” whatever that means.

Of course, we need to be clear here. This is a citizens grand jury and while the results of their findings may harm Coreys career politically, it has no power to put her in a court of law that might result in a jail sentence. Citizens grand juries carry little weight, but they do make a statement.

Larry Klayman, a former U.S. Justice Department prosecutor, a Florida lawyer since 1977, and now the citizens prosecutor who presided over the Ocala grand jury said this: "The Supreme Court has confirmed that the grand jury belongs to the American people, not the three branches of government. (504 U.S. 36, 48 (1992) (quoting United States v. R. Enterprises, Inc., 498 U.S. 292, 297 (1991)). By indicting Florida State Attorney Angela Corey, the people are exercising their God given rights, recognized by our Founding Fathers, to mete out justice when the political and legal establishment subverts the rule of law.

Hopefully, this indictment will serve as a warning to the political and legal establishment that they are not above the law. Ironically, Corey will now be tried and likely convicted for her alleged crimes which resulted in Zimmerman being charged under false pretenses, now coming home to roost during Zimmermans on-going trial. Corruption cannot be tolerated, particularly by law enforcement officers who are elected by the people to serve their ends, not the law enforcement officers political ends."

No Trayvon’s DNA found on Zimbitch. No Trayvon’s DNA found on the fat fuck’s gun and holster.

No Zimfuck’s DNA found in Trayvon’s fingers and knukcles. No bruises on knuckles. But strangely, Zimcunt’s DNA is all to be found on the boy’s body.

You were saying, fat fuck? He sneaked on you, and punched you? He tried to reach for your gun? He grabbed your gun? He grabbed your face and nose? He tried to suffocate you? He held your head to bash it on the concrete?

Trayvon was on top? How come your blood blood was found on the kid’s inside clothing? When does blood drop upwards?

You told Sean Hannity you didn’t know about ‘‘stand your ground’’ and and yet you had a A in your Criminal Law paper.

Oh really, fat fuck? Who’s a lying, fatty fatty porky?

Story is beginning to fall apart. Bwahahahaha!![/quote]

And no Zim’s DNA on his own gun and holster. DNA transfer is not a lock like you see in those dimwitted CSI shows.

The cut on the bridge of his nose bothers me. Looks like me maybe hit himself on the nose with his gun after he shot the kid. Maybe banged his own head on the sidewalk as well.

Anything is possible from a wannabe cop that walks around with a gun on himself all day every day.

Rob

wow, you guys are reaching.

The only thing Zimmerman is guilty of is being an overzealous Community Watchman, and there is no law against that.

He is also Guilty of being a dumbass. And YES depending on the level of cough cough “Overzealousness” it can be a crime. But that is not what they are charging him with so its not a issue of the case.

No doubt that Zimmerman is one stupid fuck. Gotta have screws loose to walk around with a gun on you all the time.

All in all, the prosecution has not presented a strong case at all. Both mothers testified on Friday that the screams on the 911 call, that it was THEIR son’s voice. So that was a flop and nobody is entertaining the notion to do a voice analysis. The defense starts on Monday.

There are plenty of people who have concealed carry permits, that doesn’t mean you have ‘screws loose.’ Also, they have had a FBI voice analyst review the voice and he said it was impossible to know whose voice it was.

People saying he hit himself in the nose after shooting Martin is ignorant…

Plenty of reasons Zimmerman is dumb without pointing at carrying a gun. I feel completely safe, don’t even own a gun at all even though I love’em, but you can bet your ass if I did own a gun I’d carry it everywhere with me. Why? Because I can.

I agree with your last statement though. The defense should be kicking up their heels at this prosecution’s lack of skill.

True. Hell I not only carry but also collect guns. Zimm is an idiot for a wealth of other reasons. And the prosecution must be having second thoughts about many things.

There’s one thing I’d like to know: what the hell was on Dr Bao’s notes???

I don’t think anything earth-shattering, but the fact that he was reading FROM them on the witness stand was a bombshell. The defense jumped right on top of it. I had stopped watching when they broke for lunch (and the court copying those notes). They should have been assigned an exhibit number.
