No necessarily. Your argument’s credibility hinges on the fact you said a dozen, and are now saying it was a dozen a year. I’m trying to determine if you simply misstated your assertion or are making up “facts”.

Your argument also hinges on whether or not he called “everytime” or “whenever” he saw a black person in the neighborhood. Quoted text prior are your words. Because if that is true, and I’m not sure if it is or isn’t, then that would lend credence to racial profiling.

The severity of the injury isn’t as important as Zimmerman’s judgment as to Martin’s intent.

Look at it like this:

If Zimmerman initiated the physical altercation, Zimmerman should spend the remainder of his life in prison. Because, even if it was just a shove, he put Martin in a “fight or flight” situation (given the circumstances), and Martin would have every right to defend his life with reasonable means. Even if the harm Zimmerman did to Martin would physically insignificant, Martin, in this hypothetical would have the fact he didn’t know Zimmerman’s intent as justification.

So, therefore the same holds true for Zimmerman. If Martin was the one that escalated the altercation to physical, Zimmerman’s judgment of the intent of Martin outweighs the severity of injury.

Well, seeing as he also said martin was on top at some point, and there are witness that testified seeing each one on top at one point, how am I biased if I conclude that at one point Zimmerman was on top and another Martin was on top.

I’ve seen fights go like this, seems pretty reasonable to me, that in a scuffle body position changes.

What isn’t reasonable is how you pick and choose which parts of Zimmerman’s statements you conclude are absolute fact, and which parts you conclude are lies, in order to back you position. If you wanted justice you would search for truth, not just bits of information that pain Zimmerman in the light you want him cast in.

It isn’t that she shouldn’t be taken seriously, as much as, because she lied, you have to have doubts about it’s veracity. This is a murder trial. “Beyond a Reasonable Doubt”. She doesn’t meet the burden of proof.

Where are you getting 30lbs? Zimmerman didn’t even have a weight on the police report. So where are you getting 30lbs difference?

This is a murder trial. The burden of proof is beyond a reasonable doubt. It isn’t my fault the prosecution didn’t file manslaughter charges, which I’ve stated repeatedly, I believe Zimmerman is guilty of.

If you have 6 witnesses and 4 say A, and 2 say B, there is reasonable doubt as to A being the absolute truth.
