Oh we don’t, we know exactly how terrible they are. Of course it’s a huge sport here, so we’re expected to show some form of nationalistic pride in the team that represents our country in said sport, but we know they have very little chance of winning anything and it doesn’t surprise us to see them lose. Sadly I am not personally a fan of football nor very nationalistic, so the fact that they are a terrible team does not shame me too much, how does that make you feel?

Getting better, I should be able to do something that won’t put too much pressure on it or pull it open, like front squats with a cross grip (though I do loathe the cross grip) or some hands free machine work even though bodybuilding type stuff isn’t really my forte. Heading back to the gym tomorrow to see if I can make it work, wasn’t all too far off a couple of 2x bodyweight milestones either, that’ll be sitting on the backburner for longer than expected I guess.
