I just hope he does it right.
To be honest, I truly hope the movie is better than the “teaser” makes it out to be…
…I’m starting to become concerned.

That teaser was about as bootleg as you can get. They probably stole a rough draft off the desk of some editor at the production company and simply posted it on the internet. There is very little I would judge from it.
Hey gang, I know I haven’t posted anything on this thread before, but I just found this pic and thought you’d enjoy. It’s a 6-year old me (yeah, this would be in 1985, ya old farts), opening a birthday present.
Is it just me, or does my cousin sitting next to me look owned?
The trailer is live!
Same one as the YouTube one. Much better quality obviously!

So, from this I see that Spielberg is a producer… That’s promising (I suppose).

As long as Tom Cruise isn’t in it.

Nice pic. It sort of takes me back to the evening that my mom took me (and my sisters) to Toys R Us. It was right before the 9:30pm closing time so I made a mad dash to my favorite section. Amazingly, both Soundwave and Megatron were actually in stock. Even more amazingly, my mom chose not to enforce the “you better pick one, cause that’s all you’re getting” rule.
Easily the best day in my life to that point and prob for many years after.

How awesome is that, too bad they didn’t do that at Langley. Don’t walk-on roles get paid? I can gaurantee they didn’t recieve a cent.

Isn’t that a C-130? Unless you’re talking about a totally different thing…

Speaking of new toys… I bet the toy makers smell the Cha-ching on this one… gives all the old guys an excuse to buy a new optimus prime!
Good news guys, Peter Cullen who voiced the orginal Prime will resume the voice role for the new movie.

At least that one’s good thing to look forward to…

Nice! I think he did the voiceover for the Voltron intro and had some bit voiceovers in other 80’s cartoons too.

Official teaser was released on Dec. 20th. Click on the link, then click on the Trailer link:
