***Dumbell-Flys: 25x12, 30x10, 35x10, 40x10, 45x8
***Machine-Flys: 100x12, 120x10, 140x10, 160x10, 180x7
***Push-ups: 25, 25

***Standing str8 bar curl: 45x12, 65x10, 85x10, 95x6, 95x4
***21’s: 30x21, 50x21, 85x16
***Hercules Cable Curls: 20x12, 25x10, 30x10, 35x10, 40x10, 45x10, 50x10, 55x6, 60x5, 65x4

Cardio: Treadmill at 6mph for 20minutes, ending distance 1.6miles

0700hrs:1000mg Milk Thistle,Corral Cal(1cap),Chond,Gluc,MSM(1cap), Animal Pak(1pak)

Note: Will take 250mg 4ad, 50mg 1,4AD in 12 hours. Will take 1000mg Milk Thistle,Corral Cal(1cap), Chond, Gluc, MSM(1cap) this afternoon and again this evening. If I get tired Ill throw in 1 or 2 Synaphrines and some coffee. Lots of water a few protein shakes and a chicken salad for lunch and a healthy dinner of meat, vegtables and starch.
