Training Frequency - How Each Week

Just curious, how much lifting and other exercise is everyone doing each week. I lift 4 times a week on a 4 day split (miss maybe a day a month), run 4-6 times per week, 2-6 miles per run, and do a 2 hour wrestling class on saturday mornings to apply all the training and stay sharp and focused (esp on squat strength :). Its working for me, but Im keen to know what is working for others.

I lift weights 4 times a week, I run 3-4 times a week for 20 min after a weight session and I train Brazilion jiu jitsu 3 times a week for 2 hours per session.
