Clearly the presumption of ‘One true Church’ is wrong. Looking across many ‘Churches’, alive and dead, it can clearly be seen that homosexuality is tolerated/accepted to varying degrees, but never (unless you include neo-pagan religions, I don’t, religions don’t come on bar napkins) extolled above heterosexuality.
The general religious attitude towards homosexuals is more clear than even the more thematic 0 vs. 1 vs. many god(s) discussions.

It really depends who you ask. Fundamentalists generally dismiss homosexuality out of hand, while liberal Christians believe what matters is fidelity and integrity in the relationship, rather than who you find attractive.
It’s less a question of religion, and more a question of conservatism vs. liberalism.
