AR talked about the topical fat loss lotion he made in his Fat to Figure article. I have some stubborn fat on my lower abdomen which does not shift even at low body fat levels so would like to try it out. Does anyone know if the formula is in any of his books?

I did ask him but he didn’t answer… I thought perhaps that it was in one of his books and (understandably) did not want to give it away for free.
targex is supposed to work from the feedback i have seen on other forums
Fat burning is a 2 step process. First the adipose cell need to release the fat so it can be shuttled into the bloodstream where it is sent into the muscle to be burned.
I don’t see how any lotion can cause this, especially if applied over a specific area.

If the lotion contains the right lipolitic enzime, that will be deployed “on site” forcing the local lipid reserve to be released…
some years ago in Swiss Pharmacies was sold a triacana based products that works very well… (triacana contains thyroid hormones)

“lipo-sports creme” i believe is the product- spread it on before workout, take some caffeine and go.
