Thanks BC. This is my first New Years since I quit drinking, so I plan on spending it with my family. 2009 is going to be the year I finally start accomplishing my lifting goals now that I’ve gotten some other stuff sorted out. Best of luck to everyone in the coming year!

You’re welcome mate :slight_smile: You’ll feel so much better now that you quit drinking mate. Add the fact that you’re starting to lift in the new year with a clearer mindset (If you sorted the stuff, you’ll make it buddy) and you pretty much have your ticket to success. Weight lifting in general, and any other goals in life are 90% dependent on your mindset. That’s why I love lifting weights-it makes me understand if something is wrong when I lift like crap, and thought me some discipline. Really glad to hear you got some shit sorted out man. That will help you A LOT in life in general.
