This is a huge question, the answer could be psychological problems, low thyroid hormones, adrenal problems and other undiagnosed diseases.
You need compounded thyroid. You want to take more t3 and cut the t4 down to lower rt3 levels. More important you want to find the cause for rt3. There are many and you will fix your issues once that’s resolved.
Thyroid causes serious fatigue and depression. Thyroid also controls metabolism and sleep is effected by a thyroid that’s not working properly.
Trt did not work for me until I started thyroid. I tried 240mg a week . I tried 200 and 160… nothing worked in 4 months until I popped thst thyroid pill. In am hours time most of my fatigue and depression lifted from the past few years.
Don’t bother with thermometer and iodine. You need t4/t3 compounded like instated in my post.
- They don’t have enough dose. Some men need more free t. So following lab ranges is why.
- They are blocking or keeping estrogen low.
- They don’t give it enough time.
- Their life style sucks. Bad marriage, job, high stress and poor sleep.
- They have thyroid issues which can cause trt to not be felt.
Overall it’s time. People start and quit within months thinking it should of worked. We know T works for every man. That’s our oil. We just need to dial it in and give it 3-4 months. Thatsnif your doc is giving you a dose that will raise free t 20+ and sometimes into the 30s.
Think edc and receptors. If these are blocked up you need more dose To overcome these. Otherwise your on a merry go round of constant hell. It will never work.
