Three quickies

I have three disparate but maybe simple questions:
1-Is there a factor of diminishing returns or feedback loop challenges with taking in too much glutamine at one time? Should I take smaller amounts (2-4 gms) several times a day in lieu of 15 gms. at once?
2-Should maltodextrin be used only in a post-workout drink? Can its high glycemic properties be mitigated with EFAs or protein to make it a worthwhile pre-event drink?
3-Alessi’s Meltdown w/o is similar to weighted GPP. But the 3 sec. concentric phase is only to enhance the lactic acid build-up, correct? For quick moving athletes, we need to explode quickly during the “up” movement. Thx,
