This is for Christian Thibaudeau, its a question on the ballistic benching

I thought about supplementing in ballistic benching in place of my speed bench, i was wondering if this is a better idea then just doing the speed benching, and can i perform them every speed bench day, or should i only do them on like a four week mini cycle, then go back to the speed bench for four weeks, that kinda thing or just stick with the ballistic benching.
