DEADLIFT DAY

New PR:
1x8 130kg
1x5 150kg
1x4 160kg
1x2 168kg

not so much but nice weight for me (also considering that i don’t train for strenght)

my best improve where on the middle ranged reps (8RM/6RM) and on lower reps i feel i can do better but had serious grip problem ( i don’t have chalk…)

cadav, although many people don’t like using them, you may want to try straps for your heavier sets. I always go bare until I can’t hold the bar well, then use the straps for the last set or two.

i don’t like to use straps but i think i’ll have to do soon if i want to improve :\

Wife bought me some staps for X-mas, they spend 90% of the time in my trunk . I can pull about 90lbs more with them but I still can’t figure out how to put them on the bar without it taking 20 goddam minutes.

Here i am with a new feedback.

i have stopped winny and by now (from a week) i am only on 1/2gr of test e/week

today (07/08/2006) i have placed a new PR:
bench press 130kg 5RM

that really impressive :slight_smile:

weight by now is a little under 104kg…from 103.5 to 103.8…

i’m feel really “strong” and “full”
