brain dead ppl at the gym that use bumper plates for anything other than what they were intended for, causing them to eventually get buried under a pile of hex plates

Thereās a guy who takes a bumper plate from the platform, walks over to the power rack and places it on the ground. Then does shrugs while standing on the plate.
I canāt work out why he doesnāt just set the pins lowerā¦ surely an inch or so in starting height doesnāt make that much difference to the shrug.
Anyone that is willing to do or say anything just to fit into the crowd or for popularity.

Adults that take zero responsibility for their actions and donāt understand (at all) the consequences that are associated with them. An individual has brought a lawsuit against other individuals that I know after being turned down as a romantic interest. This individual is in their mid 30s and when turned down by someone went a bit wonky (like slashed their own tires and blamed it on the individual that turned them down, wonky (video proof of this)). That individualās family is now involved in the lawsuit and are making all sorts of claims, without ever seeming to take into account their childās (remember, mid 30s) actions within this entire scenario. This individual has had multiple restraining orders placed on them by the various people they are suing due to threats, but they (and their parents) believe that it is a large conspiracy with everyone from the mayor, to the police chief, to the small part timers involved (they have stated this explicitly on social media). It is a wild time to be alive, ladies and gentlemen, a wild time.
It pisses me off to no end because they are dragging some very community oriented people through the mud and grime in a money grab, with absolutely no regard as to how it affects this small community (they live far, far away).
