Things That Piss You Off

That’s cool as fuck. Have wanted to work on planes myself.

What pisses me off? Without putting much thought into it: literally even just one person at the gym. I like the place to myself (not hard to do where I go). Lights turned low, no AC on, lock the door behind me.

Also, I help coach a youth wrestling program, and when a kid is lazy it grinds me a little inside.

I am sorry to hear that. Friends can be inconvenient. I have 3-4 good friends. I see them every 10 years. But we can start a conversation from where we left off.

I am now. I didn’t want to jump straight to the gore, but it has been a while, and the curiosity is killing me.

(This better not be a set up for a dik-pic.)

All foot pic requests will now be directed to my onlyfans account.

That looks quite gnarly. Glad you’re okay. Infections are no joke

Oh, man. I really hope that doesn’t hold you back much, or at all, really.

A dude I used to go skiing & snowboarding with shot his left toe off with a .44 mag doing the quick draw thing. It always showed up when he’d try to turn right. He’d loose it and tumble down the slope without the support of his big toe.

At least you can still cry wee wee wee.

Just got off a weekly zoom call that includes me and 6 women. There was literally NOTHING on the agenda today, but one supervisor cut her hair and another one got new glasses. Meeting lasted almost an hour.

Wait, if they didn’t talk about what they had for dinner last night or what they were planning to cook tonight, it wasn’t a real meeting.

That would piss me off, too. In the spring our psychiatrist and clinic manager coached the psychiatrist’s kid’s softball team, and every meeting was dominated by these ā€œcute stories,ā€ as if we were all hanging on the edges of our seats waiting for updates. Like, no. I would like to do my paperwork so I can leave promptly at the end of the day and go spend time with MY family. No one ever asked about it - it was just assumed this was a valid use of our time.

Now I’m pissed off, too.

TBH this training being a REQUIRED course at my place of employment is pissing me the fuck off.

Sounds like this is required for all California companies. Fuck these people.

Someone’s gotta be able to sue for that at some point.

It is no different than making your employees get their facts about Muhammed or Jesus correct by the reckoning of believers in those religions. What if someone doesn’t believe that Jesus was God’s son? Do they have to say it anyway?

It’s actually much worse, because those are both old religious traditions and not some new cult that just sprang up and took over the government somehow. It would be much more like making your employees recite the kind of Scientology teaching you have to shell out big bucks for.

And again, it’s even worse than that. I’ve never given any money to Scientology and don’t particularly care that it even exists. Good for them.

I get taxed to inform children of this untrue information. We accept it as fact that Laurel Hubbard was the best choice to represent New Zealand in women’s weightlifting at the 2020 Olympics.

Sorry, but it isn’t true that Laurel Hubbard is a woman, no matter what the government says.

I’ve mentioned this before -that slime bucket Newscum started a CA legal fund to fight incoming Trump administration policies, and I am 100% convinced this is just a front to funnel, err, I mean steal, money for his upcoming 2028 presidential campaign.

I accept all kinds of people, but I do not accept of all kinds of opinions.

Gross… mental defects

There’s a lot of room for comical hijinx there.

Is it required that you pass it by some minimum score, or just that you have checked the box of having done it?

Minimum score, retake if you fail, cannot skip past the videos, have to sit through the entire hour long course.

My employer makes all the things that are leaving craters in Gaza so they cover their bases pretty well. IDK how mom and pop shops do it, but California has never really been out to protect those kinds of businesses anyways.

I kinda hate those.

They’re a regulatory nightmare. Way too many people required to regulate them for virtually no value. The juice/squeeze ratio sucks.

Something I’m growing to hate-

Medical professionals that don’t give even a cursory glance at any information provided.

I went to a dentist last week for a check up and whatnot, cuz I have a big nasty cavity and my teeth are complete crap. Solid, chompy, but i have some trauma related mental problems with all kinds mouth, throat, etc. type stuff.

So we’re talking and she says ā€œsomething, la-de da, risk of bleeding.ā€.

I kinda laughed and said ā€œOh, there will be blood. Lots! I’m a bleeder.ā€

She then asked ā€œOh, you take blood thinners?ā€ To which I responded ā€œYes. I do dual therapy for the cardiac stentsā€¦ā€

And this exposed that she didn’t even glance at fuck all before coming in to assess. And ended up referring me to the next guy who ā€œhandles more complicated casesā€.

So now I’m a ā€œcomplicated caseā€.
