Nah the pin holding the steering box on is a real bugger to remove. That sector gear is actually perfect.
The problem is the top of the steering box had every threaded hole that holds the box to the axle stripped when the tractor rolled (previous owner).
The previous owner braised the box back together and put oversize bolts in without retapping the stripped holes.
I noticed the steering box flexing away from the axle while cutting grass last year. I discovered there were 2 bolts out of 5 possible left holding that thing on. That sucker could have sheared them off and killed me.
Bought a replacement axle + box from a junkyard on a tractor that hadnāt been rolled. But the axle was cracked underneath (got ripped off). So now Iām mixing and matching parts. Lovely.
This sprained wrist Iāve got is pissing me off. Also how I got it is pissing me off too. Took a few people to the races last week on a bit of a piss up and lo and behold my colleague gets properly pissed. Heās 42 btw not some kid. I had to look after him and heās falling over and a dead weight to pick up. Anyhow at one stage he pulled me over thus spraining my wrist. I was glad to get him in a cab and sent home so we could get on with our day.
Iāve been able to train as I use one of my boxing wraps and make it fairly tight for support but everyday stuff when I remove the wrap is a pain. Fecking drunken arsehole.
My wife has an allergy to closing doors. I gave up asking her to close our door a long time ago and I just get up and close it.
Tonight she left it open while I was in the shower. I come downstairs and I can hear crickets pretty loudly, Iām thinking she left the door open and sure enough, door open.
I close the door but cricket sounds are still very loud. The cricket snuck in.
I try find him and my best estimation is heās in or behind our bookcase. Our bookcase is huge! I call my wife in and I tell her she has a new task for the evening.
We havenāt found the fucker and I donāt know how Iām going to get him. He is loud! I can hear him from the bedroom. At least that is better than the figurative crickets we usually hear 
Anyway, crickets piss me off. Holy shit! My leading plan is to sell the house.

Old farmall super A. 1954 I think. It has been rolled twice and still runs and cuts grass like a top. They REALLY over built tractors back in the day.
This axle is the first real problem Iāve had with it. Canāt really fault the manufacturer. They didnāt design them to survive barrel rolls.

/rant incoming
Been dealing with some small town politics that last couple months, a teacher/coach was done dirty by the local school board, it was a push by one locally entrenched family whose child didnāt get the playing time they felt they deserved (despite not being a good athlete and not doing any offseason workā¦I know this because my wife runs the sport specific off season and I ran the weight room portion, never saw this individual). Well as you can imagine there has been quite the community uproar (rightfully so) and everyone I talk to in the school system has a very strong opinion, āMan, that was some bullshit, Iād like to sit down and talk with the board, tell them they made a mistakeā¦ā etc, etc, etc. Heard this from multiple coaches on his staff, multiple teachers that heās worked with, and so on and so forth. Well the meeting comes around last night, and the only teacher to stand up and say something was my wife (I couldnāt be more proud of her standing up in front of board members, one who is clearly vindictive, and voicing her opinion), there was a lot of support from students, athletes, and a few parents, but only one other coach showed up besides my wife and I, and no other teachers. I talked to one of the coaches on his staff yesterday, prior to the meeting, and he voiced his very strong opinion about the situation, I asked if he was going to go and speak on his behalf and he said, āNo, Coach X knows that Iām in his corner, thatās all that matters.ā Well, no the fuck it isnāt, you know who needs to know that there are people in that coachās corner? The goddamn school board that voted against a unanimous recommendation from the superintendent, AD, and principal.

TL;DR It pisses me off when people will get all up in arms in the back room, but when it hits time to stand up and say something for a good person and a good family, itās crickets.
Simply stand for something, especially if you make a big stink about it everywhere except where it actually matters.
Disclaimer: I understand people donāt want to rock the boat, I understand people worry about their jobs (my wife had the same reservations before stepping into that boardroom.)

Thatās right in line with bitching at work about the things you dislike. I do that too, but I actually try to find solutions to improve the problem. Itās easy to piss and moan but it takes effort to fix the problem. I think folks need to shut their mouth unless theyāre willing to work towards a solution.

Thing that pisses me off: incompetent salesmen.
Called about a 48 unit C class apartment building. The junior broker had the wrong phone number on loopnet. I ended up talking to some guy who says āyeah I donāt sell buildings, wrong number.ā
Have to call the brokerās office and go through push button hell to get ahold of him (left message).
I ask him for the asking price, rent roll, and financials to see if I would be touring the property. We talk about the property, neighborhood etcā¦ he says the owner has the property up to 85% occupancy and guarantees 90% by closing. He claims it was as low as 65% when he bought it two years ago. Okayā¦
He sends me the rent roll, with no financials, had to ask for those again. Thereās 32/48 units occupied. Thatās 66.6% for those following along at home. The average rent numbers in the financials are higher than the average rent numbers on the actual rent roll. The financials are displayed at 95% occupancy, so I know the NOI theyāre using is complete bullshit.
Theyāre showing a pro-forma of what the property WOULD be if run perfectly, and trying to base their asking price off that. Holy shit.
Did anyone read this shit before they put it on loopnet? Now I know why this deal went there to die. If youāre going to lie to me do a better job!
Theyāre just really optimistic. (and making shit up)

Rant warning,
Recently joined twitter (not why Iām pissed, though this may have been a bad choice).
Reply to a comment on a post by Marco Rubio (love him or hate him, he is my senator and this article was about bringing up the working conditions in China, something I think everyone can get behind).
Gist of it is that said person I reply to says their ārightsā are being discriminated against more than these folks in China - highly unlikely. I ask how, as an American citizen (they identified LGBT, doesnt matter for their premise) their rights are being violated - response is (iām paraphrasing) no right to body, job etcā¦
I asked them to provide an example (maybe I am missing something after all) - got told I āhavenāt been paying attentionā.
I stated itās not the governments job to guarantee someone a job, house etc.
Proceeded to be be called un-educated, having a pre-1964 mentality and am essentially the root cause of the āproblemā as āwhite guyā and I couldnāt understand. My response to that was that clearly I was trying to ask for a first person example to help clear my ignorance and develop understanding but since the person resorted to what was in effect name calling it was clear they did not want to have a meaningful conversation.
This is why i have disdain for many SJWs. When you try to engage in a conversation about differing opinions, they do not tend to have the cognitive dissonance to recognize that their beliefs are just that, and may not be held by everyone.
TL;DR It pisses me off when people are so for or against a certain thing, opinion, method etcā¦but resort to biased, emotion based attacks to try and explain their reasoning. It involves no logic or attempt to see the other personās POV (as i thought i was attempting). Itās a āmy way or the highway attitudeā.
