I am sure a lot of people would agree with you that this has nothing to do with training… that is why it is in the GET A LIFE OFF TOPIC FORUM, which means not on the topic of the typical site! If you don’t want to see anything but training advice stay out of this forum!

So what is it with video clips like this? What is your fascination with them? Do you actualy engage in voilence of this nature, or are you two just a couple of wittless sissies that get a kick out of watching it?
You see, I’ve actualy been in a few fights like this, but they didn’t turn out the way that the agressor intended. A few brawls in jail too that would make your standard internet tough guy like yourselves puke. So I don’t realy have to watch videos of shit like this. I’ve got memories of it. That’s also why I’m repulsed by it. I find it a lot more productive to keep my attention focused on things of a posative nature, instead of deriving some sick sense of satisfaction by watching others do shit like this.

You have a point about these videos being disgusting, and those who derive pleasure in watching them certainly are. But I reserve that criticism for the copycat “bloggers” who go out of their way to post shit like this daily alongside crime scene photographs and what not.
Here, I actually feel these videos can help people who’ve never been in such a situation, and don’t have an appreciation for just how quickly it can turn violent and brutal.
Sometimes I see this sort of thing unfolding, and you can clearly tell when one of the participants doesn’t realize what they’re getting into, and how quickly these things devolve into chaos. Maybe watching videos like this will make some people think twice before letting a situation get out of hand in this way.

what’s my interest in the subject? not that i have to explain myself to you but i trained for many years in street effective brutal arts but at the same time avoided streetfights like the plague because i never want to hurt someone unnecessarily (or get killed myself over something avoidable).
recently i spent one year of my life making a full length movie about how disgusting violence and streetfighting is and how unnecessary and inhumane it is. it’s called Disciples Of Rage and i wrote, directed, produced and acted in it.
so when i come across a clip like this it deeply saddens me and disgusts me. it’s a very personal subject for me. i noticed these videos have been posted a few times recently on this board so i thought others would like to see it.
please don’t try to enforce what we should or should not be viewing on this OFF TOPIC forum.
