So the moral of this episode is to avoid hippies, and gangs led by Kris Kristofferson look a likes.
Really enjoyed the part where Rick and the gang killed the group Daryl was with. Great to see him look like he will fuck anybody up that is in their way.
We all knew that terminus was going to be bad. It just doesn’t make sense that a camp would just let anybody walk in and you can see why they did it.
I bet waldo is right. I think Carol and Tyrese will be a big part of helping them get out.
Since there were no deaths, I am going to assume not everybody is going to make it out of terminus alive.

Slightly disappointed that there was no character shakeup out of principle, but that aside I actually really liked the episode.
On a meaningless random note, who the fuck shut the train door so quickly? When the camera was outside there was nobody anywhere near it on the ground(and no footsteps or anything heard outside).
I’m going to guess that the entire next season will be about them escaping terminus. Also I think they will be let out of the train 1 at a time. Maybe to be eaten, sacrificed , brainwashed or all 3.
My bet is that at the end of the next season the inhabitants of Terminus will feel stupid when they find out…

Can someone explain to me how Darryl was literally getting the shit beat out of him for a pretty long time and he came out looking relatively unscathed? I was worried they were going to kill him b/c that scene took a substantial amount of time and I thought there was no way he could outlive that.
I thought that scene was great though. I had just been talking about that scene from the comics where Carl is about to get raped too. It was pretty bad ass.
I think we are to assume they are cannibals although I really wish they had confirmed it with a plate being a hand or something.
Why was Carl lolligagging out in the open while Rick was going into the train car? I was waiting for him to get killed or for Rick to have something up his sleeve. I was expecting something even better when Rick stated how they were… screwing with the wrong people. Felt like something else should have happened there.
Overall, I really liked the episode. I still think it should have ended the way I said with Beth being chopped up.

Bad things definitely happen to people at Terminus. When they were trying to escape they ran past an enclosure full of butchered human remains… definitely saw a ribcage in there.
Meh. For a regular episode, not bad at all. For a season finale, underwhelming.
Other than the awesome fight with Joe’s gang, what happened? We learned that the place that looked too good to be true really was too good to be true. No clue’s about Beth. Nothing with Tyreese/Carol (they’re just left open to help save the day next season).
I’m not chomping at the bit, no pun intended, for the next seven months to fly by.

I was wondering if the food they were giving was human flesh. That and if they did eat it and later on find out they were eating Beth.

If any of you guys have played the Walking Dead game season 1 are you having flashbacks? I’m totally hoping to see some people kept alive while they slowly eat off them so they don’t die and turn the meat into spoiled zombie.
As others have said good regular episode but kind of ho hum for a finale…then again a lot of the openers/finales have been lack luster with this series. I will say that the almost rape scene was great. Very gritty, believable, and I can’t believe they took Carl’s almost rape as far as they did. Almost had a flashback to the rape scene in the original “Last House on the Left”.
I think the thing that is so fucking frustrating about this series is that it could be and has been amazing at parts but then proceeds to blow chunks. I’d be fucking stoked if they would make each season have fewer epsidoes as long as the few episodes they have live up to their potential. I think part of the problem is/was they have too many characters but not enough people if that makes sense. Cut out the bullshit characters with no substance and don’t contribute to the story. I know they have to have zombie fodder and introduce us to characters then surprise buttsex them so we stay on our toes. But, lets try to streamline this thing and make the few things/people the series has have some quality to them. I don’t know just kind of a long rant but I hope they move the series in this direction.

There are a lot of characters in the comics too.
The group will be ever changing except for a few key characters. I can see at least a couple of the group members dying sometime in the beginning of next season. Like BETH, Tara, the hot girl with Abraham, Tyrese sister, or the other black dude(totally forget his name). I’m predicting at least two of those people will die in the first half of next season.

True, but they don’t blow chunks. Even if they are only a short term zombie snack they usually have something interesting or believable about them. That’s why I wish they’d focus on quality more. Kind of reminds me of the scene from Wayne’s World 2 where they have that shitty actor playing the grease monkey then replace him with a really good actor. I don’t expect every actor to be an academy award winner but they could at least give a shit.
