I think it is unfair to victims to dismiss their claims straight away just because it would boil down to a he-said she-said.
My original post was simply noting that this isn’t about attempted rape anymore. It’s about ANY kind of sexual advance he may have made toward her.
She isn’t agreeing to testify. She is demanding the FBI investigate something that isn’t even alleged to be a federal crime. And my main point is she hasn’t even made claims that COULD be investigated. Presumably you then aren’t dismissing my claims against RBG?
It hasn’t change to all or nothing. So far there is only nothing. She would first have to make a claim that could be evidenced. There isn’t even an actual claim yet.
Without any evidence what so ever, how does one conclude that a person who makes an accusation is a victim?
It’s not even lack of evidence. It’s the fact that the claim is so vague that evidence is impossible.
The FBI thing seems like the Democrat delay stunt part of this whole thing. I think it is doing her a disservice if there is validity to her claim.
If she goes along with it, then that says to me she is interested in obstruction politics instead of holding her attacker accountable and her claim loses nearly all validity to me.
I’m waiting for her day in front of Congress to form a hard opinion, personally.
