I wouldn’t hang my entire defense on that error, regardless of who made it, the therapist or the accuser. The most important things are what happened and who did it.
It is interesting because of the president we have and the things we know he has said and done with regard to women. It puts the GOP in a strange position.

If the GOP is in a strange position with women, there’s 50 things that came before this SCOTUS nomination imo. Hell Trump could probably be 20 of them on his own.

That may be so, but the key part of the above is Feinstein’s office being accused of not co-operating.

Lie detectors are so unreliable as to be inadmissible in court. And congress has the right to vet and ask questions before official testimony is entered into the record. These are stalling tactics and nothing more.

No, the name too. Bottom line, she is claiming her recollection of of the therapist session is better than the notes of the therapist who wrote them down at the time of the telling. And it still begs the question, why not go after him then when he was already a Federal Judge? Who, if he is a horrible person, was in the position of doling out all kinds of masochistic misery and ruining many lives for no good reason.

If what she claims is true, it’s sad if she gets rich? She’ll get a book deal that will make her millions? Maybe she is already rich.
